Round Tail 18.5mm Brake Pad

The Round Tail 18.5mm brake pads support:
- BRK-720 series callipers which accommodates 18.5mm pads on early (typically pre-2024) models of Dragon GT, GTR & GTS (including V2). The newer (2024 onwards) Dragon G series callipers require a larger Round Slotted 2.5mm pad.
- Kaabo Mantis with the entry level mechanical cable brake calliper. The semi-hydraulic versions have Zoom XTECH HB-100 calliper that uses the rectangular "hook" pad. Full hydraulic has Zoom "HB-875E" calliper with rectangular Zoom pad.
- Kaabo Skywalker 8S.
- Later models of VSETT 9/9+ (early 2024 onwards). Earlier models require Round Tail 21.5mm pad (see notes below).
- Xiaomi M365 and copies that adopt the smaller size brake pad with a tail (such as 1S and Pro). The easy way to determine if you have smaller size is to note the presence of a tail (notch), as the larger size Round 21.6mm pad has no tail.
- Mercane Wide Wheel.
Dimensions:
Supplied as a set (pair) two pads, one for each side. Order two sets for both front and rear.

Notes:

For VSETT 9/9+ model, the diameter and length of the tail (notch) can assist determine appropriate pad. This Round Tail 18.5mm generally suits later models (early 2024 onwards), it has a larger tail. The larger Round Tail 21.5mm pad has a shorter tail and generally suits models prior to early 2024. Image below courtesy MACURY Store contrasts the pads for the old (21.5mm shown as 21.25mm) vs new (18.5mm shown as 18.51mm) size calliper. Note the Ride Electric listing references only the larger 21.5mm pad (pre-early 2024) calliper. You can also use the number of circular indentations on the back of the plate to assist identify, this Round Tail 18.5mm has 4 indentations and Round Tail 21.5mm pad has two. Best to check/measure your calliper (not existing pad - as the one fitted may be incorrect).
Callipers typically have a small round magnet to secure the pad, such as those observed in M365 models.
