eSN Now Club Membership

• Now Club members "know the ropes". They are have:
  • A precedent of well placed order history, such as ability to place conformant orders that do not contain any "out of scope" comment that will slow down fulfilment. The correct shipping address is a good example, as are ordering items that are interoperable. We triage orders before picking and if the items are clearly not going to do the job we will raise it with the buyer to prevent re-work. This takes time, and effort.
  • They typically "order ahead" and/or place an order for a number of items they they anticipate to need in the near future. This in turn helps eSN maintain healthy inventory levels (taps nose, touches wood).
  • They tend not to require orders to be changed after placed, which slows fulfilment for all.
  • Understand eSN workflows (process) with mutual expectations of efforts.
• In return, members enjoy:
  • Prioritised order fulfilment (this is a motherhood statement, the precice prioritisation is quite dynamic and there are presently limited technical measures in workflow to prioritise - in most instances prioritisation is accessed through judgement call.
  • Option to request complimentary uplift to Express shipping at no cost, where fulfilment is at risk of SLA breach. We will often do this for non-Club members to allow the shipping method to somewhat make up for fulfilment delays.
  • An assured / locked in reduced final handling fee that is not subject to any surge / demand based pricing. The final fee comprises the handling fee less discount. The schedule of fee reduction is shown below::

• Once your membership is established, ensure you log into My Account to have discount applied at checkout.
• Membership is perpetual, that is benefits remain available for a period of up to 12 months since either a) membership established / earnt or b) date of members previous order. As a general rule, most existing customers who have placed several orders are automatically enrolled in Now Club.

Notes

1. Check the eSN live operational dashboard which shows our current performance and informs of order fulfilment expectations.
2. eSN's order fulfilment capacity extends to peak of approximately 12-18 orders per day, often less when customisations are undertaken. To maintain despatch within our Service Level Agreement (SLA), a demand-driven handling fee (surge pricing) is applied per order at checkout. This tempers demand in similar manner to energy (electricity) and ride share services.
3. Membership is offered under similar model to that of Costco Wholesale. Orders placed from members are typically more efficient to fulfil, thus increasing fulfilment capacity (efficiency) and more broadly serving a greater number of riders.
4. Our order fulfilment dashboard is updated during periods of high demand. It will move off Facebook prior to 10th December 2025.
5. Product pricing, including bulk pricing (buy more save more) are offered identically across all levels of membership, as are for non-members.
6. You can experiment with how coupons stack with membership discount. The member coupon is implemented as a ($) amount off order total. Typically coupons that apply a discount against products (rather than order total) can be stacked with the member discount.
