- This kit enables Magura 4-piston callipers such as MT5e and MT7e series to be fitted to rear of Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11 (including King) and GT Series (including King GT).
- Brackets are produced specifically to allow those high-end callipers to mount on rear Kaabo Wolf Warrior Series swing arms. The bracket replacement enables uplifts from the original Zoom 2-piston callipers so that Magura (which are "left" callipers) can be fitted for interoperability.
- Offered as physical bracket in choice for rotor of size 160mm or 180mm with electronic STEP file download, or as STEP file only (both files 160 & 180mm). Choose click-and-collect at checkout if ordering the file (only) so as to prevent shipping being included at checkout.
- Early versions were designed and fabricated in Australia (Hastings, Victoria), by local Kaabo Wolf Warrior GT owner FunnyObjectives to retrofit MT5e callipers. Current version is designed by Tanakorn Wila (T-Koncept Mike) in Thailand, well regarded for engineering aftermarkets across Kaabo models. Tanakorn also has designed of longer swing arms that accommodate coil & oil shocks, similar to the shock uplift design of Craig Parcels at Rouge Monkey, Canada.
- FunnyObjectives 2406 revision had a "V" shaped cut-out adjacent to the swing arm section to provide greater clearance for the calliper, negating need to shave back the calliper.
- Metal bracket are fabricated using laser cuter on 5mm steel plate (not alloy).
- Raw finish, no colour supplied with a PTFE treatment.
Notes:
- Of most importance, you need not uplift to Magura callipers for performance. eSN's TurboBrake HB427-4M has reportedly the same properties of Magura with regard to power, modulation and reliability with a slightly more favourable hydraulic line placement and offered in both left's (like Magura) and rights (negating need for brackets).
- As mentioned in Coolwatts video:

- May support other calliper systems such as those from Shimano, SHRAM, Zoom and Nutt. Product image shows MT5e on Warrior.
- This bracket suits rear only, a reliable front bracket design was not possible due to variances amongst front suspension positioning. For the front, in most instances Magura callipers can be fitted with the original / stock Kaabo factory bracket, often 180mm rotors are adopted. A more extreme technique is to reverse the motor direction and move calliper to the other side.
- Dylan Biggs shared photo of MT 5 Pro fitted to GT Pro. In comment, Mika Lanery shared photo's running MT7 Pro with rear self-made adaptor and Kaabo stock adapter on front.
- Patrick Kilowatt's post.in Kaabo Wolf King GT group explains his success fitting Magura brakes. It details the technique of reversing the front motor direction and hall sensor wiring.
- Will not suit GTR. GTR requires a different custom bracket that has longer distance between centres on the swing arm. These two photo's below show attempting to fit this bracket in GTR:

- If uplifting levers, ensure you source the electric brake model (e suffix designation) with H8/Julet/Higoo connector. The e variant includes an eBrake switch sensor similar to this. The switch needs adopt the common convention used amongst nearly all eScooter makes and models with a red 2-pin M8 connector being normally open (when lever is not activated the circuit is open) and closed when the lever is activated. Often these are called closed / "Closer" where the circuit is closed when lever activated). This normally open implementation is common amongst most makes/models of eScooters, including Kaabo and NAMI makes. Non-e models do not have this switch, for example the MT7 Pro from Voro Motors.
- The Pre-2406 design bracket is a 5mm version of the 6mm adopted by SUB13 shop (SUB13 USD$40 shipped ex Tel Aviv, Israel). The 6mm often requires an additional axil washer between the wheel and swing arm so that the disc offset is centred. Finished brackets are available from Tanakorn Wila (silver colour, USD$110 shipped, exUSA), older ones were black. He may also have a GTR bracket. There are slight variances in the exact shape of the design and ascetic look across all the offerings.

- For high-end discs, consider eSN TurboBrake rotors 2.3mm slotted in 160 & 180mm or 3mm round. Another well received option is Ken Sonken-engineering 160mm x 3mm thick wave disc rotors which compliment these callipers well as supplied by Fastride France, as shown in photo below compared to stock 160mm round disc. These 3mm discs have similar width of a stock Kaabo Wolf Warrior Series 160mm round disc and are thicker than most 160mm wave discs discs. These 3mm discs commenced production early 2023 and have proven well as the year progressed with adoption. Designed for race use and becoming the go-to for performance roads and paths. They will, however still get hot. It has been observed Magura MT5 callipers will usually bed in on 3mm discs within a few kilometres of use, although others inform Magura callipers will not support 3mm. There may also be variances in the models (MT5 vs MT7), the official width is certainly not 3mm. It has been observed for Magura 4-piston callipers to best support 3mm discs with fresh pads, a procedure is applied to the calliper to negate this bedding in period (a modification process that involves disassembly of the Magura calliper, a somewhat specialist operation). Often the pads will clear the rotor but the calliper housing will not clear and requires sanding back the calliper casing where it approaches the rotor surface. A 2.5mm thick 160mm NAMI rotor is a good option and being wave disc has benefits over the stock round Warrior rotors. The Logan 4-piston (Nami Burn-e) and Zoom HB-876-E (4 piston) callipers provide good clearance for 3mm discs.
- To compare Magura MT5 vs MT7, check out the video below from TheBikeCompany and forum discussion at Singletrack World. Pads for MT7e with 1 pad per piston are known as Magura 8 series pad, including 8.P (Performance) and 8.R (Race).
This Kaabo Wolf Warrior series bracket serves similar purpose as Madcharge on Dualtron Thunder and Ultra such as MT5e in video below. Madcharge also stock MT7 Pro (non-e model).
eSN bracket with Zoom HB-890 4-piston calliper courtesy GIlbert Archibeque running a 200mm rotor. Gilbert, Arizona USA received his bracket within 7 working days (standard, not express) order notes "please send urgently, I need for racing. Thank you". This is the new in-house Zoom 4-piston calliper which differs to the HB-876 (Logan 4-piston calliper).
