Product Details
Brand: ULIP
- The ULIP 100/65-6.5 Tyre [HP-1003] offers excellent puncture resilience in urban environments, long life and reasonable aggressive tread adjacent to the centre slick to assist with off-road traction (wet grass etc).
- Suits models such as NAMI Burn-e, Kaabo Wolf Warrior series (11 and GT series including King), Dragon models of Lightning V2, Hurricane and Beast. When fitted with tube the non-self healing version suits models of Zero 11X (and other X11-DDM ODM's such as Dragon X11, Black Edition 11X etc) and VSETT 11+. Dualtron models such as Thunder also tend to have suitable clearance to accommodate this tyre.
- Unlikely to clear the stock shock on Teverun models (Blade GT and Teverun Fighter series) due to shape under inflation and clearance with spring.
- The optional self-healing lining is a thick lining of sticky stuff ("goo") that can assist seal punctures, also known as "puncture-proof" or "run flat". It has a higher viscosity than liquid sealants and typically will not run and damage hub alloy.
- Urban Road tread that adopts a "hybrid" arrangement with "Slick" centre line for hard surface straight line, with tread on edges for traction and contact across soft surfaces. Has optimal tread pattern for straight line road running and introduces tread when running off centre (cornering). Tyre would run quiet on road and offers pretty good puncture resistance due having no tread gap down the centre and being thick. The tyre shape offers good rim protection due to thickness and somewhat bulky corners, without being "too square/flat". Due to the significant slick surface in the centre of tyre, riders should be experienced with governing throttle on "slippery surfaces" such as polished concrete especially when wet, reserving heavy throttle for straight line.
- This tyre is also available in other sizes for different rim sizes, such as 90/55-7. ULIP also manufacturer a smaller 90/65-6.5 however most eScooters that use those tyres can also accommodate this slightly larger tyre.
- Typical weight 1067 grams, heavy. Load rated 190kgs.

Notes:
- The thickness of the heal is slightly thinner (5mm) compared to stock CST 90/65-6.5 (6mm), so go easy on levers when fitting.
