Innova 8x3.00-5 Tyre (tubeless) [IA-1277]

• The Innova 8x3.00-5 Tyre (tubeless) [IA-1277] is only tyre manufactured to suit 5" rims that are relative wide such as Kaabo Mantis 8 (all badges) & Sky 8S. These rims measure 140mm outer diameter (approx 5.5") and this -5 tyre has inner diameter of 125mm / 127mm (4.92" / 5").
• This tyre will not suit the larger 5.5" rims of models such as the inaugural version Dragon Cyclone (8" single motor model, non-pro), for that model use 200x85 tyre.
• Road tread.
• Weight: 588 grams.

Notes:

1. This tyre is often dual-branded with both Innova and Kaabo nameplate marking on sidewall. eSN stocks the Innova livery version.
2. This tyre may also suit retrofit of scooters that ship with solid tyres (e.g Zero 8X and Hero S8).
3. Tips for fitting 8x3.00-5 tubeless:
   
   Due to the relatively small size hub, tolerances are tight - typically one or many specialist techniques are required to fit these tyres. Some skill is required to fit these which can be learned over time and through research. The hubs are relatively wide, you will need high flow to inflate and form a seal on the bead.
   
   One technique to form bead is to use a strap around the outer diameter to help seat the tyre sidewall against the rim. Be careful not to pinch/deform the tyre. Technique is shown in this video at 21m:11m:
   

The high velocity airflow for inflation usually requires a compressor (visit to the service station if you don't have an air cylinder compressor). Temporarily removing the valve from the stem also allows for more airflow.
