Steering Damper (Strut only) [Teverun | TurboTight]

The Steering Damper (Strut only) [Teverun | TurboTight] is used in conjunction with make/model specific brackets or aftermarket brackets to stabilise steering.

  • Standard 1000 - Teverun Factory Spare:
    • Supplied as a Teverun Factory Spare with adhesive carbon fibre decal.
    • Product image shows the earlier, non- carbon fibre decal model. The carbon fibre decal is identical to the Pro 2000.
    • Easily identified as having silver washer underneath knob and + <> - marking.
    • Nameplate designation takes form of M_ _ _ 0 1 X.
      Current Teverun stocks (late 2025) are nameplated MD3301X. Other observed designations include inaugural Supreme 2023 MA3301X, early model Fighter 11 MA3301X. MC1801X has also been observed.
      Other designations (non-Teverun) have been observed such as MD1901X and previously MC3901X (as per product photos). They are all the same.
    • NAMI models prior to 2025 also used this damper. The newer NAMI damper on Burn-e and Klima has a different knob with S->H label and no silver washer underneath knob.
  • Pro 2000 - TurboTight:
    • Aftermarket alternative to stock factory-fitted dampers.
    • Considered to be an improved alternative with a reputation for better reliability and performance
    • Easily identified as having a knob positioned laterally with markings 2 through 16 and + <> - adjacent.
    • Nampelate designation takes form of M _ _ _ 0 1 X such as ME1301X and MD2801X (as per product photo). Designation convention is identical to Standard 2000, with additional ODM branding.
    • Rider community reports this type to have less premature failure - assumed to be of better design & engineering and/or fabricated with better tooling. This variant has an adjustment knob which resides on the shaft at end of casing and there is a red ring adjacent. Often has carbon fibre livery with light brass coloured rod. These are well received (field reports).
  • Pro 2500 - TurboTight: (expected Q1 2027, not pictured): Expected to be our ultimate variant. CNC machined by eSN's TurboBrake factory in Cixi, adjacent to Ningbo. The region is renowned for high quality eBike production and facility has 80 CNC machining centers, 4 large scale forging machines and maintains the tooling to a very high standard. The factory produces 1.5 million sets of hydraulic brakes per annum for major brands including select Zoom branded offerings. TurboBrakes are well proven to have low failure rate due to being machined to high quality tolerances by their 80 professional engineers, TurboTight 3000 will inherit this precision.
