Kaabo Mantis Washer Kit (M12 Axil Shaft Hook Black) [TurboTight]

• The TurboTight Kaabo Mantis Motor Washer Kit is a complete set of Kaabo factory original OEM hook washers.
• These are sourced in bulk from the factory and individually packed for individual retail sale so that the kit contains a complete set as the factory intended.
• The 8-piece kit is sourced from the Kaabo Mantis 10 series spares list.
• The kit accommodates both front and rear wheels and includes two slightly different types of washers (as described for placement on Kaabo Mantis 10 model):
  • 4 have slightly longer hook which sit external (on the outside of frame / swing arms). These hook into the hole in the swing arm casting. ~3.6mm thickness, 24mm outer diameter, 14.22mm internal diameter with 10.6mm keyway as per hand drawn drawing (Warrior vs Mantis).
  • 4 with slightly shorter hook which sit internal (between the frame / swing arms). These fill the open end void between the forks on the frame / swing arm and being short will ensure neat fit against the swing arm casting. These washers are thinner.
• Typically sourced to renew original washers if physically damaged including from being positioned incorrectly when tightening, missing, or to replace inappropriate sized washers..

Notes:

1. Also available in M14 size for models such as the Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11 and GT Series, you can also consider for NAMI models.
2. Also known as hub motor assembly washer, axle fixing washer, motor locking washers, wheel locking motors and axil nut washers.
3. Hook washers retain the wheel in position and prevent the axil from spinning under throttle and braking. They secure the axil, shown at the front on the Kaabo Wolf Warrior GT diagram as BOM item number 74.
