These aftermarket kits provides an alternative to the Joyor S Series factory stock and ODM spares, with further incremental improvements for longer service life.

Refurb your Joyor S Series hinge hardware by replacing the stock hinge hardware with this renewal service kit .

Multiple points of improvement on the folding screen which prior to 2023 was not factory high tensile:

• Replaces traditional PU (polyurethane) sleeve with brass self lubricating bearing (sleeve/bushing 8mm ID x 12mm OD x 10mm length). Improvements over the factory stock non-steel sleeve include longer service life (reduced maintenance intervals) and reduced demand on the bolt flexural strength (improves overall bending strength / flexural rigidity).
• High tensile bolts (similar tensile to the standard factory bolt that began shipping early 2023) to reduce likelihood of shearing failure.
• Locking nut design to reduce any lateral pressure on hinge bracket assembly.

Hinge bolt is available with in Standard or longer length Pro, the later being a longer bolt to extend threadless section to provide further structural integrity, with further side protrusion.

Optional front bump stop bolt also available as the stock pair screw tends to bend over use.
