Kaabo Pair Screw suit Wolf 11/GT (shaft) [M12x158 M15x164 M15x156 M16x65]

Pair screws and rear shock bracket to suit models of Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11 (including Wolf King) and Wolf GT (including King GT).

• Refer to GT BOM for build-of-materials diagram for BOM item numbers.
• There are four variants of Pair Screws ("bolts") which comprise hollow tube with screws for each end:

• Horizontal M12 x 158mm (BOM item 87). Rear shock bracket bolt (along the swing arm) that holds the rear shock bracket (BOM item 96). This one is not shown on the product image. It is supported by bushings (self-lubricating bearings) that reside in swing arms and the 1210 in the shock bracket.
• Horizontal M15 x 164mm (BOM item 99). Swing arm bolt (attaches end of swing arm to rear main body BOM 48 via ball bearing).
• Vertical M15 x 156mm (BOM item 50). For stem rotating part (steering column) - head sits inside front fender.
• Horizontal M16 x 65mm (BOM item 51). Folding mechanism - secures front body connection frame (BOM item 35) to Rotary Head (BOM item 49).
  • The Rotary Head (BOM item 49) supports the screw with a pair of SF-1 Flanged 1615 self lubricating bearings ("sleeve").

• Genuine Kaabo factory spares.

Notes:

• Pair screw sizing convention is the outer diameter of hollow rod (e.g. M15 = 15mm outer diameter) and length of the hollow rod (excluding screws). Screws are included with item but do not form part of the pair screw length (measurement).
• These pair screws and shock bracket are typically only required due to damage from incident or being loose and dislodging. Check periodically, use thread locker and consider periodic replacement as part of service renewal as recommended by Kaabo Philippines.
• Regarding the Self Lubricating bearings (SLB):
  • The shock bracket and swing arms for the M12x158 use SLB. Shock bracket type 1210 = 14mm external diameter, 12mm internal diameter and 10mm length. Swing arm is identical but may have different length. Please add comment on order if you need the SLB's for swing arm.
  • End of swing arm for same diameter but unknown (leave comment on order with length can check if have on hand).
• If tearing down the rear end, inspect suspension bushings and renew with TurboTouch Rear Suspension Kit for Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11/GT.
