AoXin Wanda 110/50-6.5 Semi-Slick Tyre (tubeless) [TurboTread DynoSlick P6219]

• This tyre can typically expect to run diameter of 294mm diameter (under rotation) which is 6mm less than narrower, higher profile DynoSlick 90/65-6.5,
• TurboTread - the signature original range of tyres by eScootNow presents DynoSlick: the performance road tyre for hard, mostly dry surfaces. Performs well in high-demand environments across cornering, braking and acceleration on predictable, dry blacktop.
• Key features:
  • Larger diameter (fits in Wolf Warrior 11/GT and will be marginal on anything less).
  • Rounded for excellent cornering response.

• This is a large, "oversized" diameter (D) and width (W) race tyre (XLDW designation) to suit most 11" scooters that have relatively large clearances on 6.5" rim. Uninflated on the bench, 274mm diameter. When fitted and inflated, expected to be approximately 289.4mm and under rotation allowing for centrifugal expansion to 294mm. This approximates the tyre to have a 24mm larger diameter of the 270mm 90/65-6.5 factory road tyres from CST and Tuovt that are stock on tubeless Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11 / GT series and Nami Burn-e. This means you will require approximately 12mm clearance in radius of those stock tyres to accommodate this tyre.
• Width (uninflated) 106mm. Inflated width will vary depending on hub width.
• Suits:
  • Wolf Warrior 11/GT (including King and King GT) models.
  • Likely to support NAMI Burn-e, although results may vary amongst shock and callipers (with the Logan callipers being a concern due to 110 width tyre).
  • Suits Dragon Hurricane both front and rear (the higher profile 90/65-6.5 version will not clear the rear).
  • With tube (where clearance allows) can accommodate X11-DDM (Zero 11X, Dragon X11, Black Edition 11X) and possible VSETT 11+.
  • Would likely suit Dragon The Beast (most Beast hubs would not require tube) and possibly the Dragon Lightning V2 (which may require minor modification to repositioning of the angle of plastic rear Lightning V2 guard by enlarging hole on plastic fender to shift the angle of fender mount). This 110/50-6.5 is near the outer diameter of stock Lightning V2 Tuovt 100/65-6.5 tyre, hence fender modification for width, rather than diameter.
• Smaller 11" makes/models that lack sufficient clearances for this oversized tyre with suspension, guards and callipers should consider 90/65-6.5 CST and Tuovt tyres or for more performance, the TurboTread DynoRoad SHM which is a 100/55-6.5, with a slightly smaller outer diameter than the CST and Tuovt - despite being a "100" wide will clear guards and callipers easily as it is less "square" than the CST and Tuovt.
• Semi-slick tread for the ultimate adhesion on hard dry surfaces with a light tread to reduce aquaplaning. Ideal for riders who mostly ride on dry surfaces, but on the occasion may be caught out and need to traverse wet surfaces.
• Nameplate tyre pressure of "36PSI Cold" with "For Racing Purposes Only - Not For Highway Use" which is a USA NHS DOT compliance marking. The inclusion of these sidewall markings suggest improved handling properties when at temperature and being a mostly slick tread will experience variation in operating pressures. You can run these at relatively low pressure which is great for off-road use. Load rating 120 grams.
• These tyres have a round footprint that is evenly curved similar to eScootNow TurboTread DynoRoad SHM and PMT tyres to provide consistent surface contact through cornering. P6219 tyre has 80mm width at bead (which is significantly larger than the 60mm on PMT 100/55-6.5) which is close to the stock CST 90/55-6.5 tyres (82mm).
• Typical observed weight 1200 grams which is identical to the DynoSlick 90/65-6.5 XXLD, and significantly heavier than the PMT Stradale 100/55-6.5 which weights approx 910 grams).
• These tyres are not a common tyre, sourced directly by eScootNow from the manufacturer (OEM factory AoXin P6219) and produced for Tianjin Wanda Tyre Group Co., Ltd. Typical stock has marking P6219-0X (such as P6219-01) with Tianjin Wanda Tyre Group Co., Ltd, logo and WANDA lettering. There are few stockists of this tyre such as this AliExpress seller which is probably a good option if needing to source outside of Australia. eScootNow sourced a sample from this seller and was satisfied with product, although like most AliExpress parcels the tyres are shipped in satchel rather than carton.
