The 8x3.0-5.5 / 200x85 Road Tyre (tubeless) [TD-8031: KGUSA Tuovt | Langfeite] suits 5.5" rims of:
The now discontinued inaugural Dragon Cyclone model (the early non-Pro model which was dual motor with 8" tyres, Langfeite C3-8).
Mukuta 8 & 9.
Available as:
KGUSA Tuovt 8x3.0-5.5 (our most popular). This tyre is factory fitted on Mukuta models and commonly fitted as aftermarket alternative on the formentoned Dragon Cyclone. 50PSI. 70mm width at bead, 635 grams.
Langfeite 200x85 [Discontinued]. This tyre was factory fitted on inaugural Dragon Cyclone models. It runs a high 70PSI, on the numbers 7.8". As discontinued, use 8x3.00-5.5 as alternative.
Both variants have near-identical tread pattern. 8x3.0-5.5 has slightly higher profile making it easier (but still challenging) to fit over rim than the 200x85.
Road tread.
Notes
First 5 product images show the Tuovt 8x3.0-5.5, following images are the Langfeite 200x85, the later is understood to be manufactured by Innova for Langfeite, ironically both share the same TD-8031 designation.
As these tyres are relatively small with low profile sidewall and rims are not deep, fitting this size is challenging for those without experience.
You may need use a strap around the outer diameter of the tyre to seat the sidewall against the rim for inflation. Technique is shown in this video (on different tyres) by TechSpac3 at 21m:11s:
Use air compressor capable of delivering high flow, remove valve core if necessary.
The high velocity airflow for inflation usually requires a compressor (visit to the service station if you don't have an air cylinder compressor). Temporarily removing the valve from the stem also allows for more airflow.
Dragon Cyclone Fender clearance:Bike Scooter Garage who are familiar with this tyre advise to install a fender spacer in similar fashion to the eSN TurboTight Klima Fender Spacer Kit when fitting 8x3.0-5.5 in lieu of the stock Langfeite 200x85. The spacing is undertake on the 2 front bolts fender bolts which makes the mudguard bow and for tyre clearance.
The TD-8031 designation on the Tuovt 8x3.0-5.5 is not marked on the newer KGUSA co-branded tyres.
These tyres will not suit 5" rim models such as those on Kaabo Mantis 8 / Sky 8S, for that size use 8x3.00-5.
