• The 80/65-6 {10x3.0 255x80} Road Tyre (tubeless & tube type) [HT005 | HOTA A-3051 | Innova IA-1289 | Tuovt TD-8008] is a common road tyre typically fitted on 6" split rims with tube. Our most popular "10x3" tyre for urban road environments. The 80/65-6 nameplate size is compatible with 10x3.0 and 255x80 sizes.

  • TurboTread by eScootNow HT005 is a white label offering from a non-recognised manufacturer. Tyre has similar thickness as Innova & Tuovt and more pliable sidewall which helps fitting on solid rims. Heavy 790-860 grams. Uninflated width varies due to sidewall between 76-82mm. Has no texture on the surface near the edges. Shore A rating: 70-80 makes it slightly harder than the others (longer lasting, less adhesion), overall a good non-branded tyre. Not shown in product images, looks identical to the other brands.
  • HOTA A-3051 is lowest cost of recognised manufacturers and observed as one of the stock tyres factory fitted to VSETT 10+. 680 grams Has full texture on the surface near the edges. Shown on left in product images.
  • Innova IA-1289 is eSN's recommended tyre for Kaabo Mantis at 690 grams. The Innova, like the Tuovt feel stronger to hold to hold in the hand than the HOTA. Has half texture on the surface near the edges. Uninflated width of 76mm. Shore A rating 72-75. Shown center in product images.
  • Tuovt TD-8008 is a great heavyweight option at 768 grams. Has observed uninflated width of 81mm which will typically not clear Kaabo Mantis 10 swing arms. Shore A rating 72-75. Shown on right in product images.

Notes:

1. eSN stocks a number of tyres in this size including the Tuovt TD-8003 street tyre, performance Xuancheng X8024, Hybrid ULIP HP-1003, Semi Off-Road Tuovt 255x80 and Full Off-Road TD-8006. Some eScooters can accommodate uplift to 90/60-6.
2. This tyre is often fitted in lieu of 10x2.5 tyres where there is sufficient clearance. Dragon Raptor and baseline models of Zero 10X and Kaabo Mantis were factory fitted with 10x2.5 tyre. Some builds of Zero and Kaabo are factory fitted with Tuovt 10x3.0 TD-8003 and Kaabo offered 80/65-6 (this tyre). Kaabo 3" stock tyres were typically Innova IA-1289 with Xuancheng co-branding before transitioning to CST C-6559S. Xuancheng also produce their own XC-8016 and an 85mm wide XC-8016S (all tube type).
3. eScootNow recommends our standard 10x2.5" tube, the ULIP or the heavy 150-160 gram variant to accompany these tyres, as suitable for the desired valve shape. 10x3 tubes are typically too large for tyres of this size.
