Kaabo Mantis Folding Hinge

• The Kaabo Mantis Folding Hinge pivots the folding mechanism and forms the internal section of steering column. It is secured by a vertical steering column bolt.
• This hinge accommodates Kaabo Mantis Hinge Fix Ring / Collar and has strengthened 19.95mm outer diameter. Very early builds were without these additional features, those builds can use this newer style.
• Includes factory fitted SF-1 0815 bushing (8x10x15mm) for folding pin, 4x24mm pin and M5x8mm countersunk screw.

eSN recommends using the 10mm countersunk screw within the TurboTight Mantis Hinge Service Kit rather than the factory 8mm.

• Optionally, an M10 vertical stem bolt can be provided. This bolt sits in the bottom of the hinge (above front wheel). This bolt has a maintenance schedule. Available in two variants:
  • Kaabo Factory Stock socket head bolt (silver colour, 80mm length with thread to __mm) with Spring Washer.
  • eSN TurboTight high tensile socket head bolt (black colour, 12.9 class, 80mm length with thread to 34mm) with Wedge Washer (Nord Lock style).
    
    Earlier builds had a shorter (estimated 75mm) length bolt.
