Brand: Kaabo
- Newer style with channel to support securing bolts to integrate with hinge collar and longer outside diameter 19.95mm section that accompanies screw bolt sleeve introduced after "improved structure".
- Includes factory fitted SF-1 0815 bushing (8x10x15mm), 4x24mm pin and M5x8mm countersunk screw. eSN recommends using the 10mm countersunk screw within the TurboTight Mantis Hinge Service Kit.
- Optionally, a vertical stem bolt can be provided. This bolt sits in the bottom of the hinge (above front wheel). This bolt has a maintenance schedule. eSN recommends renewing with slightly longer than stock 80mm high tensile socket head bolt (12.9 class, thread to 34mm) with M10 flat washer and Wedge Washer (Nord Lock style) to reduce movement and need for heavy thread locker. The wedge washer serves similar function to thread locker and the flat washer prevents the wedge washer biting into the casting too much. This implementation requires less liberal use of thread locker, so just use a small amount of medium strength locker.
