NAMI Logan Brake Lever (levers suit Burn-e, Klima, Stellar and Blast)

Brand: NAMI Electric
- Logan brake lever as NAMI Factory Spare, suits all models across (Burn-e, Klima, Blast, and the Hydraulic versions of Stellar (such as Super Stellar).
- Includes:
- Factory fitted Electric Brake Switch (the "newer" variant) with cable length of 50mm fitted with the red 2-pin M8 male plug.
- Optional hardware for termination to brake lever:
- Olive/bushing (only).
- 5-piece kit: Includes olive (bushing), compression nut and cover (hood/boot), being these 3 pieces shown below plus pair of M6 x 18mm socket head bolts with washers (shown in the last product image) to secure bracket to swing arm.
- Typically required when replacement is needed from physical damage, or in rare occasions hydraulic leak.
- Genuine NAMI Factory Spare, wired for plug-and-play installation for experienced / competent fitters. Lever contains fluid, bleeding typically involved when fitting.
- Supplied individually, choose desired side, left OR right.
The compression nut and cover can be re-used when renewing lever, bushing/olive is single use.
Notes:
- Product images show the newer (2025) lever vs older lever. Orders are fulfilled with the new lever, the old lever has been discontinued. The last two product images show the old lever.
- You will find the new (2025) generation levers have a longer handle and longer bleed screw (M5 12mm 0.75mm pitch), the same type as used on later NUTT brake systems. It is understood the 2022 LITE kit contains suitable bleed adaptor for the newer type levers. A *similar* pair (slightly wider tongue) are shown below adjacent to the 12mm bleed screw. The precice adaptors are shown on right (of images 3) and left (on image 4, extracted from this video) shows what is understood to be the appropriate adaptor (pending version check). The older generation levers had a shorter screw (M6 1.0mm pitch) which are typically included (often two) with commonly available Bleed Kits.
- The Electric Brake Hall Switch is factory fitted and supplied with lever. There are two variants, "older" (pre-2025) which is a magnetic hall switch type similar to those used on Zoom levers on Kaabo models. Logan transitioned to the newer version of switch which is a mechanical momentary physical type (non-magnetic) early 2025. The hall type uses magnetics therefore be mindful of the proximity to magnets in the throttle. Both are fitted with the Red 2-Pin M8 connector which is the common convention used amongst nearly all eScooter makes and models across those with a red 2-pin M8 connector. This type is normally open (when lever is not activated the circuit is open) and closed when the lever is activated. Images showing the older and newer switch:
