Product Details

Keep your tyres inflated with a Tyre Pump. Featuring a favourable, slim valve head to fit Schrader valves and tight clearances commonly encountered with most eScooter motor hub rims and motors. Available in choice of two variants:
- AP-13/BM-AP04, our most popular:
  - Slim form factor: 40x40x193cm at 410 grams.
  - 1200mAh battery (8.64Wh, offering typical runtime of 4 minutes).
  - No-load flow rate: 20L/min. Max inflation pressure: 120PSI.
  - Presently transitioning from AP-13 to BM-AP04 model. The later differs with the button panel, transitioning to an easier to press (round) arrangement, whereas the earlier AP-13 had a diagonal button arrangement as (shown product images). There is an english manual included.
- The well known Xiaomi Mi / Mijia Air Pump 2 OEM:
  - Larger footprint, shorter and slightly heavier: 75x45x123mm at 490 grams.
  - (Larger) 2000mAh battery (14.4Wh, offering typical runtime of 6 minutes).
  - No-load flow rate: 18L/min. Max inflation pressure: 150PSI.
  - Includes a quick-connect "mouse" but is without charging cable (BYO).
  - These are OEM of the Xiaomi ODM branded version, produced for the Chinese domestic market with Chinese hardcopy manual (Multilingal from Xiaomi UK) and de-branded for sale in global markets. Typically the Xiaomi branding on the carton is overmarked, including the SKU BHR7024CN. There is a Mijia shield logo on the rear of pump adjacent nameplate MJCQB06QW as reviewed on YouTube by Nicebike.
Both variants have:
- Similar real-world performance (inflation speed, heat generation etc) and both emit similar noise.
- Custom preset inflation pressure value and the scale (e.g. 50 PSI) so when you turn on will present on display 50PSI, ready for inflation to that pressure, making them convenient for frequent use.
- Native Schrader Valve Adaptor with a Schrader to Presta adaptor which is commonly used on bicycle tubes.
- USB-C charging port (common, industry standard) and an LED light (torch).

Notes:

eSN recommends the AP-13/BM-AP04 over the Xiaomi OEM due to compact form factor, lightweight and same punchy performance. The pump was recommended to eSN buy a local rider whom had good experience with this specific model of pump. The Xiaomi is commody product, commonly available including bricks-and-mortar retailers, and marketplaces such as eBay, Kogan, AliExpress, which we stock for convenience.
The Xiaomi, which is the latest 2 version which has the higher flow rate of 18L/minute. Earlier 1S model was 15L/minute and 1 model 7L/minute although this figure is not very informative as it is No-load flow rate. ChinaPlanet has reviewed this version and the two prior versions.
eSN is trailing a 3600mAh product, shown below, if testing passes for release Q1 2026. It is similar in specification to the AstroAI L7 Series which has had favourable early feedback from buyers. The Astro claims to also have a significant 4000mAh battery, while maintaining similar form factor of the Xiaomi with an interestingly reduced weight unexpected this such capacity. The valve head however is relatively shorter than desired which may impact clearance. The newer yellow K7S claims more "power and efficiency" although not evident in spec.
