The TurboTight M12-M14 Axil Washer series offers a collection of commonly required hook and flat washers to secure wheels to to eScooter swing arms and forks. They are critical to preventing rotation of the motor axil shaft (and motor wires).
The range is based on OEM Factory spares of Kaabo and NAMI but will suit many other makes of other eScooters as size requires. Fabricated with heavy carbon steel for strength. These are typically not sourced through traditional hardware and nut/bolt retailers.
Available as:
- Hook: ultra thin (2mm), short, wide (10mm), black, supplied individually.
  As Kaabo Wolf 11/GT (inner rotor) Factory Spare.
- Round: thin (3mm), black, as 2-pack (pack of two washers).
  As NAMI Klima (inner) spare. Non-hook, flat round washer.
- Hook: thin (3mm), short, wide (10mm), black, as 2-pack.
  As Kaabo Mantis (inner). 24mm outer diameter with 10mm keyway. These have an shorter internal diameter 14.2mm to retain hook within the open void.
- Round: thick (4mm), black as 2-pack.
  As NAMI Burn-e (inner) spare. Non-hook, flat round washer.
- Hook: thick (4mm), short, wide (10mm), black, as 2 or 4-pack
  As Kaabo Wolf 11/GT (inner) / Mantis (outer) / NAMI Burn-e & Klima (outer) spare. These are our most popular, also suitable for use on the outside of many non-Kaabo models (e.g. Dragon GTR series).

- Kaabo Wolf 11/GT set as factory intended for these models in 8-piece or 9-piece complete sets comprising:
  - 7PCS hook thick (4mm), black. 24mm outer diameter with 10mm keyway, height including the hook bend is 5mm. Across two variants:
    - 3PCS short, wide (10mm width). Sits internal on the front between the "forks" and motor. The hook protrudes 3.8-9.3mm from inner diameter. Identical to Mantis (outer) and NAMI.
    - 4PCS long, narrow (9mm width). Sits external (on the outside of frame / swing arms). These hook into the hole in the swing arm casting. The hook protrudes 7-13mm from inner diameter with generous slack along the keyway.
  - 1PC hook ultra thin (2mm), short, wide (10mm width), black: 26mm outer diameter with same 10mm keyway, similar 5mm height. Sits internal (like the other three) and used in conjunction with the silver spacer washer to space the positioning of the motor hub from the "forks" to align front brake rotor / calliper. Length is short, protrudes 3.8-8.4mm from inner diameter.
  - in addition to the above hook washers, the 9-piece kit includes:
    1PC Round Flat Spacer Washer silver: 1.5mm thickness, 22mm outer diameter, 17.2mm outer diameter. Used adjacent to the thin (2mm) washer to provide 3.5mm spacing between chamfered edge at end of axil thread and "forks" on inside adjacent to rotor.
Typically sourced to renew original washers if physically damaged including from being positioned incorrectly when tightening, missing, or to replace inappropriate sized washers.

Notes:

The factory motor hook washer kit for Wolf Warrior X has same SKU as Mantis 10, so for Wolf Warrior X simply use Mantis.
TurboTight washers are sourced in bulk from the factory (they are heavy!). They are locally packed to-order so that items supplied are as the factory (or buyer) intended. Sellers such as this listing on AliExpress often omit absence of long hook washers and often the factory do not supply them (they are heavier and more costly). The description in that listing provides no clarity as to which washers are supplied. Buyer beware!!!
The Kaabo long, narrow hook washer is relatively long compared to that in most other makes/models. It is several millimetres longer the NAMI washer which offers potential to reposition back the axil away from the shock absorber to improve clearance between wheel and suspension. The length of the keyway is also longer with an effective internal diameter of 16.8mm which is 2.8mm additional internal diameter than typical M14, bringing total potential shift to 5mm.
As Mantis has M12 axil and Kaabo Wolf 11/GT is M14, some product images reference M12 and M14. The factory Mantis washers will accommodate M14 axil shaft (typically 14.2mm). Generally, outside washers have more slack room along the keyway (e.g. Wolf 11/GT long washer has 16.8mm observed diameter which influences placement.
Hook washers are also known as motor locking washers, axle (sic) fixing washer, hub motor assembly washer and wheel locking motor washers. They retain the wheel in position, absence of them risks premature failure of motor and/or damage to motor wires.
Kaabo and NAMI both use the same JY OEM motor factory (Ningbo Jiangbei Junyuan Electromechanical Technology) as such the NAMI and Kaabo factory spares of same size specification are identical.
The front hook washers are shown on the Kaabo Wolf Warrior GT diagram as BOM item number 74.
