This eScootNow Turbotouch aftermarket service kit reduces premature failure of rear suspension bushes in Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11 Series (including Warrior King) and Warrior GT Series (Including King GT). The factory washers damage the bushings and disform both the washers and bushes over time resulting in suspension being excessively soft. With prolonged running on torn bushes, the springs will also loose strength.
Refurb your rear Warrior suspension by renewing the stock bush with an aftermarket, appropriate sized washer and sleeve that sits the stock bush centre, preventing tearing of the bush. Kit includes aftermarket washers that sit below the bushes which are sized approximately 19mm outer diameter and 5.2mm inner diameter, includes: 3/4" 3/16".
Optional bush as Kaabo factory stock or German aftermarket FIBRO Fibroflex:
Optional replacement springs:
Optional pair of black M5 40mm high tensile bolts w/10mm washer and M5 wedge washer. Image shows factory original silver 40mm 12.9 bolt vs aftermarket black 40mm bolts with the washers. A 45mm bolt with the washers can also be fitted, however when the 45mm is fully tightened into the bracket, downforce pressure often needs be applied to the swing arm to centre the pair screw (alternatively additional washers could be fitted).
Don't forget Loctite!
The Kaabo stock factory springs are pretty good as they are optimised pretty well for the design of the Warrior. The springs are not "square" which provides optimal travel / compression which cannot be attained with aftermarket "square" springs. The stock twin suspension can feel to feel "firm" for lighter riders, however provides better travel than lighter rated springs such as "square green" or indeed the original load "square brown" (equivalent to Kaabo red). Overall the longer travel of the Kaabo Factory Red (round spring) provides better capability and performance than lighter (square) springs which lack travel. In instances with prolonged use with torn/worn bushes, it is recommended to renew the stock red springs before considering aftermarket alternative springs.
