TurboTight Axil Washer M12-M14 (round, hook & spacer) [NAMI | Kaabo]

• The TurboTight Axil Washer M12-M14 (round, hook & spacer) [NAMI | Kaabo] series offers a collection of round and hook washers to secure wheel axil to eScooter swing arms and forks. Round and hook washers are keyed to industry standard 10mm to preventing rotation of the motor axil shaft. Spacer washers are round without key.
• The range is primarily based on OEM Factory spares of Kaabo and NAMI. Fabricated with heavy carbon steel for strength unless otherwise specified. These are typically not sourced through traditional hardware and nut/bolt retailers.

Notes:

1. Sellers on AliExpress often show incorrect exact washers in product images, and likely fulfil orders inappropriately. For example this listing for Kaabo Wolf sets only shows short, wide - the long narrow's are absent. Often the factory supplies the retailer's incorrectly.
2. The Kaabo long, narrow hook washer is relatively long compared to that in most other makes/models. The length of the hook is generous, as is the 16.8mm internal diameter. It offers potential to reposition the axil 3-5mm along the swing arm, away from shock absorbers to improve clearance between wheel and suspension.
3. Mantis has M12 axil, it uses M12 axil nut. The Mantis hook washers have 14.2mm internal diameter, capable of supporting 14mm axil.
4. Kaabo and NAMI both use the same JY OEM motor factory (Ningbo Jiangbei Junyuan Electromechanical Technology), hence the NAMI factory spares are identical to the Kaabo factory spares.
5. Hook washers are also known as motor locking washers, axle (sic) fixing washer, hub motor assembly washer and wheel locking motor washers.
