Tuovt 8.5x3 (8.5") Tyre suit Zero 9, VSETT 9/9+ (tube type)

• This is a popular 8.5x3" tyre for 5.5" rims such as models of:
  • VSETT 9 series (9/9+).
  • T9 series including ODM's of Zero 9, Dragon X9 and iScoot Bexley 9
  • eScootNow G15 Commander (Gspace Venus) and G20 ProMax 8.5 Pro (KuKirin G2 Pro).
  • Also suitable for front on VSETT 8 (rear is 200x60 solid).
• Observed internal diameter 132mm (~5.2 inches). Width at bead: 37mm.
• Nameplate tyre pressure: 45PSI.
• Typical observed weight standard: 500 grams, heavy:635 grams (observed on TD-8008-02 & TD-8008-04)
• Tuovt Brand. Similar to the HOTA brand offering which adopts same tread pattern.
• Typically paired with 8.5x2" tubes that are a little larger, designed for the 3" tyre width, with 90 degree valve such as:

• 60 degree tilt tube.
• HOTA True 90 degree tilt tube.
• and where the bend is required close to the tube, the CST tube.
• and the heavy 130 gram ULIP which has a slightly longer length between tube and bend.

Notes:

1. Some Zero 9 series models were factory fitted with an slightly narrower 8.5x2 tyre. This tyre can be used as an uplift to wider tyre on that model.
2. T8 such as Zero 8 & iScoot Bexley 8: Supported as uplift on front. Rear is 200x60 solid although likely fits.
3. T8-DDM such as Zero 8X: Not supported as they adopts a 200x90 solid
4. VSETT 8+: Not supported as they adopt 200x60 solid rear and also front on the newer models. Also used in the iScoot Bexley 8 & 9 and Machine Vixen Light. Check the length of your valve stem, often the CST 8.5x2.00-5.5 tube is used as the valve stem protrudes out slightly further.
5. This type of tyre is visually identical to the HOTA which is typically factory on the VSETT 9 series.
6. Keep tubes inflated at the nameplate 45PSI. Letting pressure drop to <40psi will significantly increase likelihood of pinch punctures with tyres of this size.
