Handlebar Grips

These are boss grips. Heavy, non-slip rubber. The non-hook/horn version can extend the width of bars by 30mm. I first came across these style of grips on Mountain Bikes in the 90's and great to see are still produced. These are an excellent next level aftermarket grip, as shown in last image of a Mantis grip comparison.

The heavy rubber also provides excellent low-end dampening to absorb heavy vibrations without injecting "bounce" into your handle and introduces stability to reduce "speed wobble" and steer rebound.

Contoured out to a "flat" outer end, with slim diameter towards inner of bar for acute thumb / first finger control. The wide larger diameter towards the ends distributes vibration impact and response across a larger area of the palm. The wings help maintain lateral traction allowing the rider to grip "less tense" while still holding the bar securely.

Dual lock design secures the grip, with an inner lock being a ring/clamp, and outer lock either:

• On the non-hook/horn version: "Ramset" style bolt which protrudes about 30mm inside the bar and expands when the M6 secure bolt is tightened. This design effectively extends your overall handlebar width by 30mm when using outer lock, or 60mm when not using outer lock.
• On the hook/horn version, a ring/clamp.

The outer lock of the non-hook/horn version requires a hollow bar, therefore fitting to Ninebot / Xiaomi bars will require some creativity to support the outer lock however the internal lock is still sufficient to secure, however you can extend the grip 30mm out from the end of the bar and still have no "bend" due to the grip's heavy/firm density, easily stretching 60mm bar width uplift.

These grips really make your hands feel "at one" with the bar, while providing deep dampening to improve your hands shock resilience.

Inner grip lock can accommodate factory OEM locking clamping rings from stock Kaabo grips as shown in pictures with signature Gold GT clamp retrofit.
