NAMI Motor 60V 1000w (suit Klima)

• The NAMI Motor 60V 1000w (suit Klima) is the entire motor to suit all models of Klima with exception to the Klima SE variant (which adopts a lighter motor).
• Magnets measure 45x10x14mm, magnet count 30.
• Adopts (and fitted with) the integrated water proof motor power and hall sensor wire connector (screw type), this connector is used amongst the Klima and Blast models.
• Available as:
  • Rear motor: cable measures 35cm (shown in product image).
  • Front motor: cable length is 65cm. Builds from mid-2026 transitioned to a 35cm cable, identical as "Rear", therefore use a "Rear" motor in Front for mid-2026 models onwards as they have a longer cable on controller.
• NAMI adopts a M14 axil shaft with 10mm key.
• Includes 7-piece kit containing: TR438 Valve Stem, 2x M14 axil nut, 2x washers (3mm thickness, 1mm thinner than Burn-e) and 2x hook washers (4mm thickness).
• Width of motor at rim measures 70mm (as measured between internal surfaces of rim, where tyre bead forms). This is wider than Burn-e motors.
• Typically required when entire motor replacement is needed from physical damage to the casing, wire damage, water ingress, mis-wiring or to resolve hall sensor failure (error code 201 rear, 301 font).
• Genuine NAMI Factory Spare, wired for plug-and-play installation.

Notes:

1. Product images show Rear Motor which has the shorter ~35cm cable.
2. The connector on the motor plug (JH30 female) uses a black o-ring to assist form seal. The size is approximately 14mm outside diameter, 1mm cross section. Ensure this is present and fitted as easily dislodged.
   
3. The hook washers in the kit are similar to that of the 3 wide washers in the Kaabo Wolf Motor Washer Kit (M14) [TurboTight] which are 3.5mm longer, which influence clearance between tyre and shock.

6. Often physical damage to the rim (outer hub) such as an edge of rim bend, buckle or fracture at bead/heal can be resolved by Rim for the Motor which is the outer assembly of motor (rim with magnets).
7. It is believed this is the only version of motor used amongst Klima production to date (other than the smaller motor in the Klima SE which is not an Australian Model), suggesting replacement is a "straight swap out" with minimal effort required to position and align rotors etc (unlike the Burn-e which has multiple iterations of physical size and motor cable variants).
8. When out of stock, pre-orders can be made and are typically filled within 6 weeks, usually less, as factory orders are placed monthly. If the item shows as in stock (available), this reflects local inventory, Brisbane.
9. Factory paper sticker designation label "03" observed, 1500w Burm-e are "01".

11. Renew motor seals periodically. Bearings on newer motors are 6203RS on rotor side and 6204-2RS on motor cable side. Older motors have 6003 both sides. This applies across Burn-e, Klima and Blast as explained in description of disassembly video shown above.
