NAMI Klima Controller 60V 40A [2400-A Rear | 2400-B Front]

• The NAMI Klima Controller 60V 40A delivers 2,400 watts output (when at 60 volts).
• Suits all 60V Klima models such as Base, Max & One which runs the 1000w motor.

• Available in three variants:
  • A - Rear: This is the main / master controller. Identified by having yellow 3-pin M8 connector for convertor. Has long cable length (50cm) on JH30-09M plug for motor.
  • B - Front: This is the assistant / slave controller.
    Inaugural version had a short cable length for JH30-09M motor plug. NAMI transitioned from short to long mid-2026:
    • 26cm Short (discontinued): models prior to mid-2026 had this length accompanied with a longer 65cm wire attached to motor. This is a legacy version and has been discontinued. As shown in product images. Length will not reach motor on the newer (post mid-2026) models.
    • 50cm Long models mid-2026 onwards had this shorter length wire accompanied with motors with shorter 35cm wire (identical to rear motor). The wire on the controller has similar length to A - Rear controller as shown in product images. Can be fitted to retrofit into legacy models or newer mid-2026 onwards, noting excessive wire length when retrofitting to legacy models..
• The controller's motor wire has an Integrated Water Proof Connector, Baming JH30 09M allowing for "quick disconnect".
• Typically required when replacement is needed from physical damage, water ingress, over-temp or mis-wiring. These controllers generally have pretty good reliability.

Notes:

1. Controllers are also known as ESC (Electric Speed Controller)
2. Refer to the NAMI Reference Materials page for knowledge resources including dashboard error codes.
3. Controllers can be considered needing replacement if:
   1. Controller errors 401 (rear) & 402 (front) and also comms controller errors 301 (rear), 302 (font).
   2. Rough running.
   3. The motor wheel does not free-wheel as expected when raised above the ground (it does not spin freely) due to resistance from faulty controller. Disconnecting motor from controller allows motor free wheel confirming motor is likely OK.
   4. Low resistance on multimeter across the controllers yellow XT battery wire (indicating short, often associated with significant arcing when connected to battery).
   5. Swapping drive train by connecting the motor of the working wheel to the controller that is suspect of failing and confirming the motor is good will inform controller likely at fault.
4. Ensure the Integrated / Waterproof motor connector is clean using a professional electrical contact cleaner to prevent contacts overheating.
5. Not suited to Klima limited production run models of SE (52V) as SE adopts a lighter motor, with what is understood 30A controller and since discontinued - this model was not distributed in Australia. Will also not suit 48V model 48/21. Will not suit the 72V Klima (Israel). Those models were produced for specific markets to conform to regional regulatory arrangement.
