Disc rotor suits most eScooters with 140mm diameter brake systems (6 holes 44mm PCD).
Round design.
140mm are stock discs on:
- Kaabo Mantis 10 (semi-hydraulic and full hydraulic) and Wolf Warrior X.
- VDM-10 (such as Dragon Raptor, Apollo Ghost, Bolzzen Gladiator, e-glide MACH10 etc).
- VSETT 10+ supports 140mm and 145mm (earlier models were NUTT, later models were Zoom although both callipers have same spacing, with the 145mm likely fitted with more spacer washers on calliper bracket).
- Supports the mechanical/cable brake version of T10-DDM (Zero 10X, Dragon Hunter X10, MiniWalker and other ODM's). These models typically run 140mm on mechanical/cable and 145mm on hydraulic ("oil") versions. According to Falcon PEV, some of these models can accommodate 160mm although this would likely require a higher bracket. Amongst the hydraulic models, the 10X Limited version adopts NUTT brakes rather than Zoom on non-limited. Given the variation, measure your disc prior to ordering, they are normally stamped on one side.
2.0mm thickness.
Sourced as Kaabo Mantis 10 or T10-DDM (Zero 10X) factory spare.
Optional M5 button head screws available.

Notes:

eScootNow recommends considering wave style discs which have preformation that improves cooling effect to reduce overheating compared to round design. The wave discs have greater surface-area to mass/density ratio and cooling opportunities, allowing them to cool quicker. The heat retention associated with round discs increases brake temperature increasing likelyhood of glazing the pads (lazy brake) and premature failure of calliper (seals) and hydraulics. It is common to see "smoke" and "gas" from callipers on heavy braking in makes fitted with Zoom Hydraulic brakes, whereas it is less common on similar brake systems on different makes that have adopted wave style disc (e.g. Teverun and Dualtron).
