KGUSA TUOVT 90/55-6.5 {10.4x3.54} Road Tyre (tubeless) [DynoRoad TD-8056]
Product Details
Brand: TurboTread DynoRoad featuring KGUSA TUOVT
The KGUSA TUOVT 90/55-6.5 {10.4x3.54} Road Tyre (tubeless) [DynoRoad TD-8056] is a high performance road tyre and one that is quite an exemplar amongst tyres of this nameplate size.
Typically fitted as a replacement to the common Tuovt Semi Off-Road [TD-8009] and with reasonably rounded corners to improve handling over AoXin Wanda A9551 which is similar to the -6 Tuovt Road [TD-8016].
Suit the 6.5" rim models of:
Dragon Predator (Langfeite C5).
Dragon Cyclone (10" models including Pro).
and as a lower profile option for any make/model that supports 90/65-6.5 tyres.
896 grams.
Red line.
Notes:
Presents "square" uninflated and rounds up under inflation, while preserving some rim protection.
Images observed from Liam Hilderson's Post at Dragon & Langfeite Scooter Owners Unofficial showing a 6.5" rim Dragon Predator motor fitted to rear of Dragon Scorpion (Langfeite GT2 Mini) which ordinarily has a 6" rim. Of interest is the inflated shape - nice and round, presenting typical of the DynoRoad range and PMT Stradale.
It is observed on many of the tyres manufactured by KGUSA and TUOVT that there is an area inside the tyre that is thicker. Assumed an artefact of the production process. Consider locating this area appropriately for balance, such as opposite to the valve which can offset the weight differential. You can also experiment rotating the tyre to find the best ballance. This video shows how to find the area that will be thicker.
Production runs of Dragon Cyclone and Predator mid-late 2024 were built with 6.5" rim motors rather than the usual 6". Check your existing tyre nameplate to confirm size. The 6.5" models have VIN on Cyclone of DRA24CYCLONEPRO311 - DRA24CYCLONEPRO0400 and Predator 2024 models from DRA24PREDATOR0251+.
71mm at bead, 50PSI, suits 6.5" rims of NAMI Burn-e, Wolf Warrior 11>, Teverun Fighter 11/Supreme, Zero 11X / Hunter X11, Dragon Hurricane, Lightning & The Beast and Gspace Mars.
