The AoXin P6129 / Xuancheng XF-28F 90/65-6 are tubeless semi-slick tyres for 6" rims The /65 profile nears 11" in diameter when inflated and rotating, therefore only a small number of 6" rim model eScooters have sufficient clearance for this size tyre. These models are typically tube type and a tube is fitted with this tyre.
Suits:
Kaabo:
Front of Wolf Warrior X series (all models including PLUS, PRO+, GT and Max).
See notes regarding rear.
VSETT 10+ is supported according to social media field report.
Zero 10X models (T10-DDM and other ODM's such as Dragon Hunter X10, MiniWalker and Black Edition / Bexley) as these generally have good clearance.
Dualtron Victor.
Available in two branded variants, there is a slight difference in observed size which likely relate to compression of packing:
Xuancheng XC-28F: Diameter uninflated 259-262mm, inflates to ~269mm (10.6").
AoXin P6219: Diameter uninflated diameter 263mm), inflates to ~274mm (10.8").
For both, allow 6mm of centrifugal expansion (radius) bringing ride diameter to 281-286mm.
Regarding size:
As a general rule of thumb, ~5-9mm additional clearance (radius) is required over most stock 10x3, 80/60-6 & 255x80 tyres to fit the 90/65 size.
Typically there is 6mm of centrifugal expansion (radius), beyond uninflated diameter. This is a performance race tyre and the form it takes (shape / size) varies with pressure.
Other supported/unsupported notes:
To clear the rear of Kaabo Wolf Warrior X the work needs be undertaken to shave back the suspension bracket.
May fit NAMI Klima. Klima stock tyre is CST 10x3.00-6. Riders report there is clearance available over and above that observed with the ULIP 90/60-6 (DynoRoad) so there is some evidence to suggest may fit. Increasing pre-load on the shock may influence clearance. The DynoRoad ULIP is the best known performance tyre for Klima, and of course the PMT e-Fire 10x3.5.
Will not fit on the Dragon Predator (on the rear will foul on shock in rotation, front will foul on inflation).
Unlikely to suit the Kaabo Mantis King GT as they are relatively compact.
Will not suit Kaabo Mantis 10 series, Dragon Raptor (VDM-10 and other ODM's such as Bolzzen Dynamo & Gladiator, Carbon Oxy 10 & e-Glide Mach 10), Dragon Slayer (Joyor S Series and other ODM's such as Bolzzen Commando 10") and Mukuta (Tuovt 255x80). For those models consider Xuancheng 10x3.0 (80/65-6) DynoRoad.
Tyre is relatively wide (despite being a 90/, the width measures 100mm uninflated down to ~90mm inflated dependant on rim width). This makes it demanding on clearance of fenders (especially in the centre due to the round shape) and to a lesser extent callipers and swing arms. Much wider than the 68mm realised on Dualtron and the Dragon Cyclone Pro / Predator models stock size tyres, such as 90/55-6 Tuovt Road and 90/55-6 Tuovt Semi-Off Road.
This is a performance road tyre for hard, mostly dry surfaces. Performs well in high-demand environments across cornering, braking and acceleration on predictable, dry blacktop.
Semi-slick tread for the ultimate adhesion on hard dry surfaces with a light tread to reduce aquaplaning. Ideal for riders who mostly ride on dry surfaces, but on the occasion may be caught out and need to traverse wet surfaces.
Nameplate tyre pressure of "36PSI Cold" with "For Racing Purposes Only - Not For Highway Use" which is a USA NHS DOT compliance marking. The inclusion of these sidewall markings suggest improved handling properties when at temperature and being a mostly slick tread will experience variation in operating pressures.
These tyres have a round footprint that is evenly curved similar to PMT tyres and eScootNow TurboTread DynoRoad SHM to provide consistent surface contact and downforce through cornering.
Typical weight 1133 grams, 1390 grams on optional self-healing lining version (OSH).
The optional factory-fitted self-healing liner (SH) version has a thick internal lining of sticky, tacky ("goo") that can assist seal punctures, also known as "puncture-proof" or "run flat". It has a higher viscosity than liquid sealants and typically will not run and damage hub alloy. SH is recommended if traversing terrain with sharp object debris, such as side of arterial roads or industrial areas. As an alternative for roadside puncture repair, plugs can be considered such as the Dynaplugger from Dynaplug Australia. With SH tyres, the liners add weight to the tyre and can impact balance. Balance can also be impacted if a liner is damaged in production, shipping or fitting. eSN recommends ensuring the liner is not disturbed in fitting and that the tyre once fitted is free-wheeled at high speed to allow centrifugal force to settle the liner before hitting the road. If you are not satisfied with the balance, remove the liner. If needing to fit to tubed hubs, do not use the non-self healing version.
These tyres are not a common tyre, XXL OEM factory AoXin P6219, typically has a small logo for Tianjin Wanda Tyre Group Co., Ltd, as made for Wanda and typically with large Wanda lettering, 28F / P-6219 nameplate. The XL version (Xuancheng XC-28F) also has 28F marking, but without P6219 marking and lacks thee tread wear indicator in the gaps that is included in the XXL AoXin mould. Images below shows catalogue images of the XXL AoXin P6219 vs XL Xuancheng XC-28F, the later appears upside down.
Nameplate 36PSI Cold (relatively low, and yes it says COLD on the nameplate).
You also have length of hook washer to consider, some stock washers are short.
In addition to guidance previously mentioned for clearance on this tyre, this tyre is noticeably large as shown in comparative images below, but has a very round (curved) shape which helps clear callipers and sides of fenders (guards). Tyres with this high profile for a 6" rim are relatively rare. Likewise, there are not many tyres with this size diameter that offer a curved shape. Typically 6.5" hubs are required for a tyre nearing this size. This can make compatibility explorative, however this page is updated on discovery of suitability for specific makes/models.
