AoXin Wanda 90/65-6.5 Semi-Slick Tyre (tubeless, OSH) [DynoSlick P6219]

• The AoXin Wanda 90/65-6.5 Semi-Slick Tyre (tubeless, OSH) [TurboTread DynoSlick P6219] has a generous large outer diameter.
• The diameter is larger than the nameplate size suggests. 90/65-6.5 size implies 282mm (11.11") diameter however most tyres (particularly squarer shaped types) measure less - for example CST 90/65-6.5 observed 273mm half worn (270mm worn). To accomodate this tyre, allow for near 300mm diameter inflated which 30mm larger than a worn, inflated CST 90/65-6.5. This tyre will inflate to a larger diameter than the relatively square Tuovt 100/65-6.5 (295.1mm / 11.62").
• Part of the DynoSlick performance track racing tyre offerings from eSN TurboTread.
• Semi-slick tread. Soft 36PSI running pressure. Intended for use on hard, mostly dry surfaces. Performs well in high-demand environments across cornering, braking and acceleration on predictable blacktop.
• Support for models of:
  • Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11 (including King) & GT (including King GT).
  • Dragon Hurricane front (will not suit rear due to clearance with factory shock, see notes).
  • Zero 11X (and other X11-DDM ODM's such as Dragon X11 & Black Edition 11X, when fitted with tube).
  • VSETT 11+ (when fitted with tube).
  • Likely to support NAMI Burn-e - influenced by shock and/or amount of pre-load on shock (stock callipers are OK as the tyre does not sit incredibly wide at calliper).
  • Would likely suit Dragon Beast.
  • Dragon Lightning V2 (with rear plastic fender repositioning, see notes).
    • Will not suit Dragon Predator.
• The optional self-healing lining is a thick lining of sticky stuff ("goo") that can assist seal punctures, also known as "puncture-proof" or "run flat". It has a higher viscosity than liquid sealants and typically will not run and damage hub alloy.
• Nameplate "For Racing Purposes Only - Not For Highway Use" which is a USA NHS DOT compliance marking, likely due to slick operating temperature.
• Typical weight: 1200 grams (1400 grams with self-healing liner) making it 30% heavier than PMT Stradale 100/55-6.5 (910 grams) which implies thicker with better longevity.

Notes:

1. The AoXin brand is affiliated with Tianjin Wanda Tyre Group Co., Ltd. Typically nameplate has Wanda logo and on occasion also large print WANDA lettering decal as shown in 110/50-6.5 product photos. The 110/50-6.5 has approx 6-7mm smaller diameter than this 90/65-6.5.
2. Tread pattern is somewhat similar to the 50PSI ULIP [Dynoroad HP-1005], lower tyre pressure similar to that of PMT Tyres.

5. Images below showing this tyre on Dragon Hurricane, front and rear courtesy Hayden J Waymouth. Front is good but despite the clearance shown on rear, when the rear wheel is rotating at speed it will enlarge and not clear the spring. Rear fender spacing is also required. A different shock would be required to accomodate tyre of this diameter on the rear.

The rear fender needs to be repositioned by enlarging hole on plastic fender to shift the angle as tyre inflates to larger size than the stock semi off-road Tuovt 100/65-6.5. In this instance, the front hole in plastic fender is enlarged and fitted with TW9 and TW10 gaskets so that the front sits "higher" to clear the tyre.
