The QS-S4 Finger Throttle/Display [Zero/VDM-10] suits:
- 36-60V (010.1) models (all the 10" and lower size wheel models that use QS-S4) including:
  - Zero series models 8, 9, 10 (including X variants such as Zero 10X (T10-DDM)) and other ODM's such as Dragon X9 (T9) & Hunter X10 (T10-DDM), those from Bexley & Black Edition. Apollo (typically blue circle displays of) the Light (T9), 2021 model City (T10) and early model Pro & Explore (T10-DDM).
  - Dragon Raptor (as non-NFC alternative) and other VDM-10 models including Apollo Ghost, Carbon Oxy, Bolzzen Dynamo / Gladiator and eGlide MACH 10/10R.

Not suitable for 72 volt systems such as Zero 11X / Dragon X11 as they require a 72v (030.1) variant such as option on the Finger version which is pre-configured for 72V operation. The 36-60V can have P-Setting (P3) set for 72V systems if run-up on a 36-60V system firstly before connecting to the 72V.

This is the thumb throttle version of the standard Finger Throttle/Display. The finger version is also produced in a variant for 72V models.
With these versions there is no finger trigger throttle mechanism, rather a Wuxing 108X horizontal thumb throttle is fitted. The 108X throttle is stock on many of the Wolf Warrior TFT models and on NAMI Burn-e.
6-pin male e-Bike waterproof plug. Wired for plug-and-play installation.
Typically required as replacement when original throttle/display has had water ingress or suffered physical damaged impacting throttle hall switch operation or "sticky throttle".
Always check the P-Settings when renewing throttle/display such as P3 Voltage, P6 Wheel Diameter, P7 magnets and P15 Controller cut off voltage.
Typically supplied as Zero factory spare, having ".1" designation suffix on rear nameplate.
USB supports 5v at around 500mA to 1000 mA, not primarily designed to charge current-thirsty USB devices.

Notes:

Compatible with controllers such as VDM10 Controller.
In most instances, eScooters with QS-S4 throttle/display can be uplifted to VSETT NFC throttle/display as a compatible upgrade. The VSETT NFC uses the same signalling system and wire pinouts on the connector and is a newer generation version with a facelift that includes NFC security card reader. The VSETT NFC was initially adopted on VSETT scooters and a non-VSETT branded "aftermarket" variants are appearing on newer generation Unicool T and VDM series such as Dragon X9 and Raptor models (post 2022).
QS-S4 superseded older versions such as TF-100 and LF-100 finger throttles, in most cases the QS-S4 is not interchangeable with these models, but this will depend on your electric scooter model.
For Kaabo, which adopts the same enclosure, refer to the LT01 product listing as they use different signalling system and pinouts (to controller). The model designation is clearly identified by the nameplate on the front of the display (QS-S4 vs LT01) or you can refer to the designation marking on the rear (nameplate), Kaabo typically has a .6 designation and GSpace is .18.
Please note the larger rectangular Unicool X1 display, similar to that adopted on Makuta, is not compatible with QS-S4 system. Further information about that display is published on the VSETT NFC page.
