- Rim for VDM-10 motor.. This is the split rim (only), without hub motor, typically required when existing rim cover has been damaged from wheel impact.
- Models that use this rim include VDM-10 such as ODM of Dragon (Raptor, both non-Pro and Pro variants), Bolzzen (Dynamo/Gladiator 5218), Apollo Ghost, Carbon Oxy & e-Glide Mach 10 and other ODM's.
- Note there are two variants. Identify the appropriate variant by measuring the depth of casting at split rim bolts, as shown in 2nd product photo. Depth is either 6.5mm or 10mm, the later being more common and recent. The 10mm is also suitable replacement for 7.6mm versions. There is also a variance in the internal clearance as shown in 3rd and 4th photo. Choose accordingly:

The 10mm depth variant has a larger internal clearance of 130.36mm. Can also be used to replace exiting 7.6mm versions.
- The 6.5mm depth variant has a smaller internal clearance of 129.72mm.

The variance of internal clearance between the two variants is 0.64mm. It has been observed that the 6.5mm depth rim cover has insufficient clearance to clear a motor hub designed for 7.6mm or 10mm rim cover. Likewise, you will likely find the 10mm rim cover will be too large in diameter to seat in motor hub designed for 6.5mm.
- Supplied individually (a side of a rim, the rim on other side is part of motor housing).
- Optional set of six M5x20mm 12.9 grade socket head bolts.
Notes:
- eScootNow also stocks the entire motor.
- Will not suit the T10-DDM models (these have a different, heavier motor).
- Pre-2022 Apollo ghost models had 800w nameplate marking on their motors, that motor can be renewed with the 1000w nameplate version.
- Often in appropriately marketed as "1600 watts peak". At 52V on a 25a controller these would peak near 1300w, 1470w at 58.8v (which never happens).
- Typically paired with VDM-10 controller.
