VDM-10 1000W 52V Motor suit Dragon Raptor

• 52 volt 1000 watt factory original motor suits Dragon Raptor (non-Pro & Pro variants), Bolzzen (Dynamo/Gladiator 5218), Apollo Ghost, Carbon Oxy & e-Glide Mach 10 and other VDM-10 ODM's.
• Has motor hall sensors (for sine wave controllers) with hall sensor wires featuring crimped connectors for the white housing that connects to controller.
• Motor power (phase) wires have yellow MT60 3-pin connector.
• Cable length 1 meter will suit front or rear.
• Includes:
  • Rim cover (10mm type).
  • Two axil nuts, two hook washers and four flat washers.
  • The white motor hall sensor connector housing is typically not supplied, reuse existing.
• Optional: six socket head M5 20mm rim screws (bolts) to secure the rim cover. Choice of:
  • Silver A2-70 (304) stainless steel screws (knurled head width of 8mm, DIN912 type), 700MPa strength, or
  • Black factory 12.9 carbon steel high tensile screws (plain head with width of 7mm), 1200MPa strength (as shown in product image).
• Typically required when original motor has failed and/or motor cable damaged beyond feasible repair. These motors are pushed to limits, being "1000 watt" nominal nameplate rated, which is probably on the higher-end of physical design. At full throttle on most makes/models, these motors are driven at 1300 watts which sustained over period of time can result in pre-mature failure (excessive heat, prematurely fail bearings or adhesion on plates). eScootNow recommends to always ride in dual motor to spread load across the entire system.

3. 12mm axil thread with 10mm key. Length of the motor housing (between the inner washers) is ~132mm. Overall length of axil shaft ~192mm.

5. Hall sensors are not used (connected) if paired with square wave (non-Sinewave) controllers.
6. Bullet Connectors can be used as alternative to MT60 connectors for systems without that connector.
7. Pre-2022 Apollo Ghost models had 800w nameplate marking on their motors, that motor can be renewed with the 1000w nameplate version.
8. Often in appropriately marketed as "1600 watts peak". At 52V on a 25a controller these would peak near 1300w, 1470w at 58.8v (which never happens).
9. Typically paired with VDM-10 controller.
10. Will also suit other models according to dimension, for example understood to fit in T10-DDM (Zero 10X, Dragon Hunter X10 etc) but is not as heavy as the T10-DDM Motor.
