Kaabo Charging Port

• Charging port suit newer Kaabo makes that have the newer moulded charging port. This is the new Western European mandated charging port style that will likely be adopted as transitional connector to replace the "less electrical safe" GX-16 connector.
• The connector adopted by Kaabo is a specific variant of what is commonly known as LT16 connector, slightly proprietary amongst Kaabo and implemented on Mantis King GT, late model Wolf Warrior GT series (from late 2023), and on Wolf Warrior GTR. It is a panel socket with XT30 connector fitted and has hinged captive cover. The socket has a keyed/notched configuration that differs to generic LP16 3-pin connectors. The prepared lead is pre-fabricated with terminations to the yellow male XT30 connector for battery interconnect. Pin 1 is +ve, Pin 2 is -ve, whereas GX-16 adopts pin 1 +ve and pin 3 -ve (always double check your factory/stock wiring polarity configuration).
• Typically used as a drop-in replacement for physically damaged eScooter charging port, or conversions moving over to this new Kaabo standard.

Notes:

1. This LT is a variant of the LP16 connector, not the more common (non-eScooter specific) generic 3rd party LP16 connector that you may find on AliExpress - the Kaabo implementation is keyed differently to generic plugs. Kaabo has one triangle with sharp corners, and two triangles with keyed corners.
2. eSN also stocks conversion cables to adapt chargers from GX-16 to LT connector.
3. All scooter manufacturers are moving to these newer style connectors for compliance / safety.
