Various selection of thumb throttles, for replacement in repair or swap for upgrade / rider preference with optional DIY conversion harness for Kaabo and other select makes/models.
All throttles are provided with the Wuxing factory 3-pin male Julet e-Bike connector unless otherwise specified.
Make/Model Specific Wuxing Factory conversion cable / patch lead: For plug and play for DIY installation, this customised, optional 20cm cable adapts (for example) a Kaabo standard 3-pin Julet Male on one end for Kaabo TFT to the typical 3-pin throttle connector use on typical Wuxing factory throttles. These are typically used to fit a 300X vertical thumb throttle to the Kaabo TFT pinout configuration (and many other makes/models that adopt this TFT display and associated pinout convention). For a replacement 108X horizontal thumb throttle on Kaabo systems, consider an off-the-shelf Genuine Kaabo Factory Spare. Likewise for Teverun systems (such as Teverun Fighter, Blade GT+ and X Pro Systems) fit the Genuine Teverun Factory Spare which adopts different polarity. Further information relating to the various Wuxing pinout conventions is published by ebikestuff.uk from KarT sp. z o.o., Poland. eScootNow can fabricate custom wiring for less common makes/models including Dragon makes, best undertaken as part of fitting services.
Optional Concurrent double throttle conversion (workshop install): Harness and fitting to support dual (concurrent) throttle operation (both). Examples include right vertical thumb, left horizontal thumb. Effectively a Y-splitter with protection diodes.
Note: These default stock factory Wuxing 3-pin male Julet connector usually has a different pinout configuration to most makes/models of eScooters. While most throttle systems have the same electronic properties (+ve 5v, -ve and hall sensor output 0.8-4.8V), the pinouts usually need to be wired up specifically for each make/model ensure the 3-pins are correct, therefore a conversion cable (or workshop installation) is required for plug and play. Typically Wuxing factory throttles need the wires spliced (swapped over) to adopt to eScooters, which is a matter of swapping two of the three wires so that the hall sensor, power and negative lines are oriented correctly (cut cable, re-patch) and a quick check on your make/model's various Facebook community groups will resolve the appropriate wiring configuration, such as the popular Ginger on Wheels video and diagram below.
