TurboTight Motor Hook Washer Kit M14 9PC [Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11/GT]

• Sourced in bulk from Kaabo factory spare parts inventory and individually packed as 9-piece kit in the labs at eScootNow.
• Selected from the Wolf Warrior GT spares list, this kit suits most scooters that have a M14 axil. This would be the factory fitted washers on Kaabo models Wolf Warrior 11 (including King) and Wolf Warrior GT Series (including King GT).
• The kit accommodates both front and rear wheels and includes (as described for placement on Kaabo Wolf / Warrior models):
  • 7PCS Hook Washers 3mm thickness (black): 24mm outer diameter with 10mm keyway, height including the hook bend is 5mm:
    • 4 have narrower hook (9mm width) which are understood to sit external (on the outside of frame / swing arms). These hook into the hole in the swing arm casting. The narrower hook is longer, protrudes 7-13mm from inner diameter.
    • 3 have wider hook (10mm width) which are understood to sit internal (between the frame / swing arms). These fill the open end void between the forks on the frame / swing arm. The wider hook is shorter, protrudes 3.8-9.3mm from inner diameter.
  • 1PC Hook Washer 2mm thickness (black): 26mm outer diameter with same 10mm keyway, similar 5mm height. This washer, like the other three have a wide 10mm width. Understood to sit internal (like the other three) and used in conjunction with the silver spacer washer for hub placement to align front brake rotor / calliper. Length is shortest of all, protrudes 3.8-8.4mm from inner diameter.
  • 1PC Spacer Washer (silver): 1.5mm thickness, 22mm outer diameter (aligns front brake). 17.2mm outer diameter
• Typically sourced to renew original washers if head or thread damaged, positioned incorrectly when tightening, missing or if have had inappropriate ones and wanting to return the factory intended ones.
• Hook washers have ~3.6mm thickness, 24 and 26mm external diameter, 16.8mm internal diameter with 10.38mm keyway as per hand drawn drawing (Warrior vs Mantis).
• The 7 thick hook washers are reasonably long (usually longer than those observed on other makes/models) which may assist with clearance between tyre-suspension. Longer hook washers can reposition the placement of the axil to improve wheel clearance (margin for tyres).

Notes:

1. Similar sellers (China and USA) AliExpress and Voro Motors. Note both those product listings do not give any certainty to which of the two types of hook washers are provided and there is no spacer washer. The AliExpress listing appears to provide one of each hook washer for each nut, or at least that's how the washers were selected for the product image!
2. Components in this kit would likely suit NAMI models as they adopt M14 with 10mm key, as shown in both Burn-e and Klima motors. An option given there is no NAMI spare part equivalent.
3. Also available in M12 size for most 10" models such as the Kaabo Mantis 10 Series.
4. Also known as hub motor assembly washer, axle fixing washer, motor locking washers, wheel locking motors and axil nut washers.
5. The washers retain the wheel in position. Hook washers secure the axil, shown at the front on the Kaabo Wolf Warrior GT diagram as BOM item number 74.
