Typically SBR becomes "harder" at temperature, further improving tyre wear resistance. The Semi-Hot Melt additives provides the "softer surface" to enhance grip under acceleration, braking and sharp cornering.

This new CST appears to provide a more rounded shape compared to the previous green/blue line offering, the CST 90/65-6.5 (11") Road Tyre. It is understood this tyre is difficult to source and most CST agents in China have not seen this type, nor can CST supply this.
