DynoRoad is the performance tyre well suited for performance on hard road terrain. Manufactured with a Semi-Hot Melt which is a "soft and sticky" compound that "melts on the surface" at temperature, providing a gel state for ultimate adherence. The SBR compound offers excellent aging stability to reduce excessive wear typically associated with "soft" tyres. Full-Hot Melt tyres are used in professional F1 racing, the Semi does not need require the higher temperatures as the full.
Suits most 10" scooters that have generous clearance. Also well suited to tubed application as the width at bead is not too wide - can be fitted as an uplift from the traditional tubed 10x3 (and similar 80/65-6 and 255/80). This tyre is wider than the other well known performance tyre, the stock NAMI Klima CST 10x3.00-6. Has a higher profile than the various Tuovt 90/55-6's.
90/60-6 is a relatively new size (along with the other newcomer from Tuovt TD-8008). The book of knowledge of existing supported makes/model eScooters that can accommodate this tyre is limited as they are mostly designed for smaller, traditional 10x3 tyres.
- Known to suit:
  - Nami Klima (with TurboTight NAMI Klima Fender Spacer Kit or similar provisions)
  - Teverun Blade Mini series (as over-sized alternative to CST 10x3.00-6.
  - Blade GT II (and likely prior models)
  - T10-DDM (Zero 10X & Dragon Hunter X10, 10X Black Edition, MiniWalker etc) as it is narrow enough at bead to accommodate typical narrower tubed rims and that model has good clearance around suspension and swing arms / fenders.
  - VSETT 10+ (minor fender spacing).
  - Front of Kaabo Wolf Warrior X Series.
  - Mukuta 10+.
  - Apollo Pro and Mercane / Veloz G2 Master.
- May suit (experimental):
  - Dragon Predator* (rear clears, font TBD as there is less clearance on front).
  - VDM-10 such as Dragon Raptor, Bolzzen Dynamo / Gladiator & e-Glide Mach 10.
- Will unlikely suit:
  - Would unlikely clear the shock for Dragon Cyclone (10" modes including Cyclone Pro).
  - Would likely not clear the swing arms on a Kaabo Mantis 10. It has been done but it's too close for comfort and would require shaving down the edge of the tyre.
- Will not fit:
  - Dragon GTR/GTS including V2. The lower profile Tuovt 90/55-6 Road and Semi Off-Road tyre is marketed by Bike Scooter City (Dragon Brand owner) to suit these models however requires shaving of rear shock on GTR (and likely GTS). Therefore this 90/60-6 with /60 profile will be too large (reference the diameter and inflated width in table on the Tuovt 90/60-6 page).
Typical weight 999 grams, which is heavy for a 10" tyre on 6" rim.

With ULIP branding, this tyre is manufactured by factory in Dongguan for ULIP. Nameplate HP-1005-01 identifier on sidewall (same designation on 100/55-6 version for 11" wheels). 50 PSI (relatively high pressure, low rolling resistance for optimised range / efficiency and rim protection), same as the new Tuovt 90/60-6. Lower pressure tyres are in the DynoSlick and PMT series (~36 PSI).
Factory specification (uninflated) diameter: 242mm, internal diameter 151mm (5.9") to accommodate 6.0" (154.4mm) rim. Width at bead: 60mm, close to that of the CST 10x3.00-6 (63mm). By comparison, Tuovt 90/60-6 (Urban Wide) is 50mm, DynoSlick 90/65-6 is 65mm, Tuovt 90/60-6 are 68mm, PMT 10x3 (42mm) and PMT 10x3.5 (70mm). The PMT 10x3 supported 35-45mm rim widths and was known to not hold seal at bead over the long term on the 70mm wide NAMI Klima rims, it would be expected this tyre with 60mm would hold bead near as well as the original stock CST10x3.00-6 (noting rear fender spacer).
Tyre thickness is to be confirmed precisely, but in the hand feels noticeably thicker than PMT e-Fire series. Has a round racing footprint similar to PMT Stradale, DynoSlick and the rest of the DynoRoad range to assist cornering response.

Notes:

Production commenced Q2 2024.
Size guidance: On the nameplate numbers, by way of comparison the CST 10x3.00-6 [CM560] has 254mm inflated diameter (10"). This 90/60-6 will be around 260.4mm, allow potential for 266mm with inflation, then you would be seeking about 6mm clearance (radius) around that stock CST tyre to satisfy slightly higher profile of this 90/60-6. Despite 90/ being 3.54", the ULIP tends to clear well as it is more rounded so usually does not introduce swing arm and calliper clearance issues. The width of the rim will influence these measures.
Application notes regarding the NAMI Klima: Guidance is uplifting from the stock CST 10x3.00-6 [CM560] tyres. Requires TurboTight NAMI Klima Fender Spacer Kit or equivalent to provide additional clearance as shown below:

Image below shows NAMI Klima fitted with this tyre clearing the stock Logan 2-Piston Calliper. The brake disc rotor has been uplifted to 160mm 3mm Kaabo Brake Disc Rotor, courtesy Douglas Ayres comment from NAMI Electric BURN-E/BLAST/KLIMA/ Electric scooter. That 3mm rotor provides has excellent strength, however eSN recommends the TurboBrake 160mm 2.3mm Slotted Brake Disc Rotor.
Application notes regarding the Teverun Fighter Mini Series: Similar to the Klima, stock tyre CST 10x3.00-6 [CM560] without need for fender spacer. Uplift pathway to this 90/60-6 is relatively straight forward if you know what you are doing. On 17 March 2026 it was observed Davor Šarić reported informed this ULIP 90/60-6 [HP-1005] tyre will not easily form seal on bead due to not having sufficient width at bead. He felt the tyre was too narrow, the video reveals a gap of near 12mm between sidewall and rim. Indeed, the ULIP is narrower than the stock CST 10x3.00-6 [CM560], however eSN stocks typically observed the ULIP as being only 3mm less than the CST across averaged measures. When tyres a stacked on top of each other (sides), under storage and in transit they are compressed - particularly if cartons are poor in quality or there is significant downforce. As a result, widths at rim vary depending on packaging and handling. Typically the original form can be restored by applying opposite forces and leaving in sun, allowing it to rest back to intended width at bead. Once inflated and used with good pressure the bead should maintain well. For reference, here's a summary of widths at bead (taken from eSN catalog product subtitles):

PMT 10x3.0-6 (75/250) 39mm (recall these were known to be problematic holding bead on NAMI Klima. Typical 80/65-6/10x3/255x80 are 45mm (typically for split rim).

The compound:
1. Firstly, despite claims on social media and manufacturers making claims of 100% "rubber", tyres are a polymer of organic compounds. They have "Nylon" cords rather than (steel belted) radials, hence often referred to as "Chinese Nylon" and hence called "CMT" as a "Chinese PMT" where the PMT is inappropriately referred to as a "Rubber" tyre. The Styrene-butadiene or styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) compound is a particular family of Synthetic Butyl. This compound offers good abrasion and crack resistance and ages well when mixed and volcanized appropriately, offering good longevity. The compound is often used as a direct replacement for natural rubber. It does not soften over time like natural rubber due - it is a petroleum based co-polymer and becomes harder and more resilient over time. SHM tyres generally have a cold Shore A rating with durometer of 67 (which is quite soft), and at temperature due to SHM process reduces further to become softer. For reference, PMT eFire is 52.
2. Mixed and vulcanized with Semi-Hot Melt (LinkedIn) (SHM) preparation (Half-Hot Melting) which is a recognised process (patent) used in consumer "sports" automotive tyres and those for racing and drift purposes to improve adherence in dry and wet environments. Effectively the tyre surface starts to "melt" to a gel form at temperature (high viscosity). This composition is described in detail (patent) and contrasted to Full-Hot Melt which is typically too soft and sticky for urban use. Being a Semi-Hot Melt, the tyre will not excessively absorb foreign objects such as gravel and dust that is typically associated with a "softer" Full-Hot Melt process, making it excellent for urban environments with debris etc.
3. ZC Rubber (CHAOYANG) announced the introduction of Semi-Hot Melt track-grade products in 2022 in ZCfamily magazine (page 26). Semi-Hot Melt "address the issue of tyre slippage when electric vehicles and motorbikes travel at high speeds". "It is less impacted by temperature since it is made of a semi-hot melt compound, and it has outstanding wear resistance, grip performance, and stability. The new tyres can achieve the effect of halving braking distance". In 2022, ZC Rubber overtook Yokahama Rubber Japan as the 8th largest company in the global tyre industry. There are now several manufacturers producing SHM tyres, in appropriate shape and this is finally progressing to typical eScooter sizes.
4. Typically SBR becomes "harder" at temperature (ResearchGate), further improving tyre wear resistance. The Semi-Hot Melt additives provides the "softer surface" to enhance grip under acceleration, braking and sharp cornering.
5. DynoRoad combines a harder compound that offers less resistance with improving longevity and efficiency due to using SBR compound. Adhesion (traction) is due to the tyre being mixed and vulcanized with Semi-Hot Melt preparation and therefore provides impressive adhesion with a long lasting compound. The nameplate PSI pressure ratings is similar to "Chinese Nylons" at 50 PSI, which reduces resistance and provides a more efficient ride. This is a performance road tyre for ultimate adherence to hard surfaces in all weather environments at high pressure.
ULIP and Xuancheng where the inaugural manufacturers that produce SHM eScooter tyres, followed by the KGUSA/Tuovt alliance. The narrower 10x3 (80/65-6) from Xuancheng is the other known SMH road tyre for 6" rims. The first of the SHM tyres were for 11" wheels with ULIP 100/55-6.5 (The inaugural "CMT" Chinese PMT).
