NAMI Logan 4-Piston Brake Calliper (Burn-e 2 Max & Blast Max 72)

• The NAMI Logan 4-Piston Brake Calliper (Burn-e 2 Max & Blast Max 72) is the factory stock 4-piston calliper on Burn-e 2 Max models and the uncommon 72V variant of Blast Max. The 4-piston calliper is often retrofitted on other NAMI models as uplift from 2-piston callipers.
• NAMI adopts "left" orientation, that is the hydraulic line extends from the left of calliper housing as observed looking at the side of the eScooter.
  
• Includes factory-fitted pads, pre-blead BH59 hydraulic line (hose) with barb/needle insert fitted and an IS mounting bracket:
  • Front (short): 1.28 meters length with bracket F-180 R-160 (bracket type on Burn-e and Klima).
  • Rear (long:) 2.1 meters length with bracket F-180 R-160 (bracket type on Burn-e, re-use existing shorter F-160 R-140 for Klima).

• Optional Brake Lever Termination Kits:
  • Olive (bushing only): Copper coloured, compresses to form seal, single use.
  • 5PC kit: Olive plus metal compression nut, cover (hood/boot) as shown (as two sets) below & pair M6x18 bolts (to secure IS bracket to swing arm bracket).
    
    
• Typically required when replacement is needed such as hydraulic failure or leak, or upgrade.
• Genuine NAMI Factory Spare.

Notes:

1. Calliper uses Rectangular "Logan" 4-Piston Brake Pad (Shimano D02S/D03S), secured with threaded screw/bolt.
   
2. Typically paired with Logan levers.
3. Supports rotors to and including 3mm width.

6. This Logan calliper is also adopted by Zoom as one of their HB-876 callipers, shown here understood to be the inaugural release Zoom branded. There have been two further versions since, one being terraced the other having a banjo bolt.
