AI Cycling Hydraulic Brake Bleed Kit

• The AI Cycling Hydraulic Brake Bleed Kit is an alternative to the more common EZmtb kits as it includes a bleed adaptors that are typically suited to levers on NUTT and XOD brake systems and newer (2025 onwards) Logan levers.
• Available in LITE and PRO versions, the later includes extras such as funnel and has more adaptors to support other brake systems such as Zoom.
• Adaptors/joints are metal (silver coloured), rather than plastic.

Notes:

1. You will find the new (2025) generation Logan levers (the type with the longer handle) require a longer bleed screw (M5 0.75mm pitch) than earlier generation levers. The new type use the same bleed adaptor as the later NUTT brake systems. Adaptors are included in the AI Cycling kit as explained in this and this Reddit post. The older generation levers had a shorter screw (M6 1.0mm pitch) which are typically included (often two) with commonly available Bleed Kits.
