- TurboBrake FlexiHose with factory Fitted Crimped Integrated TEKTRO connector is a hydraulic brake line with an all-in-one factory fitted crimped connector, pre-assembled ready to install. FlexiHose is more resilient and durable than typical BH59 type hose which is commonly used on eScooter brake systems. The factory crimped connector negates need for other fitting components, such as barb, olive, compression nut and boot.
- FlexiHose hose was inaugurally introduced on later models of Teverun Fighter which is the only known common make/model eScooter that has this type of hose factory fitted, paired with the HB427-4M calliper.
- FlexiHose is fabricated with a braided steel mesh, making it more flexible with a slightly larger outer diameter of 5.5mm compared to typical BH59 hose.
- Factory fitted with crimped TEKTRO style connector with o-ring (7mm OD x 1.5mm cross section). Backward compatible with callipers and levers designed for the more traditional BH59 termination. The TEKTRO forms a better connection than compression nut and olives used in typical BH59 systems and is backward compatible with BH59 connectors, adopting the same M8 0.75mm pitch thread.
- Available in choice of three fitted hose lengths:
- 150mm (total length with fittings 200mm, typically for extender purpose, used with coupler/joiner).
- 1280mm (1.28m, typically for front).
- 2100mm (2.1m, typically for rear).
Notes:
- HB427-4M calliper can also be converted to outer-terminated Banjo Bolt with banjo conversion kit which also features FlexiHose.
- eSN also provides BH59 fitted hydraulic line which adopt the more common BH59 hose. Image below shows BH59 hose on left (TEKTRO o-ring barb and 3 pieces non-assembled) and the FlexIHose (this product) with the crimped connector on right.
- Use the eSN coupler if needing to join two hoses together.
- For Teverun Fighter raised handlebar:
- Extend hydraulic lines with routing on newer Fighter models through front center of stem with this 150mm hydraulic FlexiHose and coupler.

Fit 750mm Kaabo Wolf bar.
- Retrofit 300mm brake lever hall switch.
- and as necessary, M8 prepared leads for other instrumentation.
- Lengths for front and rear were derived from that of NAMI Logan 4-Piston (Burn-e) which is the most generous of all common 11" wheel scooters. Observed Teverun adopt 1230mm (50mm shorter) and 2100mm (identical) on early model Fighter Supreme 7260R. In all cases check / measure length of your own build.
- 150mm hose are not capped (sealed) and therefore, unlike the hoses provided with HB427-4M callipers (and most other callipers) are not pre-filled with fluid.
