TurboBrake Coupler suit BH59 and TEKTRO
Product Details
Brand: TurboBrake
- TurboBrake Coupler is used to join two hydraulic brake lines together, or replace a section of hose without relacing entire length.
- Custom produced for eScootNow with CNC machined process.
- Suitable for traditional BH59 or TEKTRO style fittings. TEKTRO style barbs feature an o-ring for a more resilient seal and used across TurboBrake callipers and levers.
- Thread for compression nut is the common industry standard M8 0.75mm pitch thread.
Notes:
- Video showing fitting with TurboBrake HB427-4S 4-Piston Brake Calliper.via TurboBrake Coupler
- Couplers do add a point-of-failure if stressed. Ensure the join is located where there is no bend / force on the hose.
- Often used with 150mm short length fitted hose such as FlexiHose or BH59 to extend reach on handlebar uplifts.
- For Teverun Fighter raised handlebar:
- Extend hydraulic lines with routing on newer Fighter models through front center of stem with this 150mm hydraulic FlexiHose and coupler.

Fit 750mm Kaabo Wolf bar.
- Retrofit 300mm brake lever hall switch.
- and as necessary, M8 prepared leads for other instrumentation.
