- The TurboBrake Brake lever CNC Ball Bearing Edition is eSN's recommended performance brake lever choice.
- The lever pivots across two Ball Bearing Assemblies which are fabricated by CNC machining process. The ball bearing mechanism provides greater precision on the handle pivot providing a crisp response for avid riders on technical sections. The bearings at top and bottom of both shafts shown in image below make the handle feel lighter, reduces play and improves modulation. Sharp!
- Available in Left or Right hand side right (of handlebar).
- Lever includes Electric Brake Switch with generous length 300mm cable fitted with red 2-pin M8 connector which adopts the common convention used amongst nearly all eScooter makes being normally open (when lever is not activated the circuit is open) and closed when the lever is activated. The switch is identical to the Zoom type on Kaabo models but with longer length to support handlebar uplifts. The switch is also supplied separately or with other types of connectors/lengths including the smaller M6 connector that is becoming standard on some newer models such as Dragon / Langfeite models and InMotion (e.g. RS).
- Features fluid reservoir viewport to allow visual assessment of fluid level.
- Stocks are now branded with eSN TurboBrake nameplate. Branding is on the top face of the lever.

Notes:
- Image below shows this lever on left. Image on right shows the non-CNC lever.
- The hydraulic termination adopts the common compression nut thread of M8 (0.75 pitch). Hydraulic lines (hose) are typically supplied with callipers, the BH59 type with compression nut, insert (needle/barb, can be TEKTRO type), olive and boot to form termination.
- Typically paired with the HB427-4M calliper which is eSN's performance moto class calliper for eScooters.
- Consider adding a TurboBrake Brake Bleed Adaptor: You will likely need one for these levers as they are typically not included in the common eZmtb kits. TurboBrake levers only accommodate a small amount of thread on the end of the bleed adaptor to form connection (~1mm). When inserting into lever, apply downforce in turn, at the point where the O ring begins to compresses. Do not overtighten.
- eSN also offers a Ball Bearing Renewal Kit, typically required if a long bearing assembly has gone missing. That long assembly is fastened on three points - a grub screw on the handle and a screw on each end of the assembly. All three fasteners needs be secured sufficiently to prevent the assembly (the shaft) exiting the lever. Typically you apply enough pressure on all three fastening points so that they are tightened to an extent where there is some "snap resistance" when unscrewing. This will usually prevent the bearing working loose. Undertake periodical initial checks while bedding in, use thread locker if required.
