Product Details
Brand: TurboBrake
- The TurboBrake FlexiHose with Banjo suit HB427-4M Calliper (Conversion) allows the hydraulic line to terminate on the outer side of calliper to improve tyre clearance where oversized tyres are used.
- Designed specifically for retrofitting to outside on HB427-4M calliper, to the bleed hole and fitted in lieu of the standard TEKTRO fitted Flexi-Hose which routes on the inside, adjacent to tyre sidewall.
- FlexHose is a steel braided line in choice of length 1280mm or 2100mm (typically front/rear). This hose is factory-fitted (crimped) with a termination for the supplied banjo bolt and includes two o-rings. The dissused inner termination becomes the bleed hole.
- HB427-4M calliper presents the two red piston caps on the outer side.

Notes:
- Images show coloured variants of HB427-4M calliper with the Banjo Conversion Kit fitted.
- Banjo bolts typically add point of failure to brake systems, it is best practice to only adopt a banjo if absolutely necessary (for purpose of clearance). Interestingly, this banjo bolt has two o-ring's (one each side of the banjo), rather than the more common three that are on others such as Zoom callipers.
