Rectangular "Ears" 4-Piston Brake Pad (Shimano M02/M03/M04)

- These pads suit:
- TurboBrake HB427-4M calliper and Teverun Fighter models that adopt that same calliper.
- As drop-in replacement for other callipers that adopt Shimano M02 & M04 (Resin) and M03 (Metal) pads.
- Supplied as a set (pair) two pads, one for each side. Order two sets for both front and rear.
- Available in two compounds:
- Ceramic (Green) which is a good option for where All-Metal pads may omit excessive noise, such as in dusty/dirty environments.
- All-Metal (Gold) as TurboBrake factory OEM. Our recommended pad, identical to that factory-fitted in HB427-M.

- Both versions include retaining spring. The Ceramic also includes a split pin. If you calliper has a screw (such as HB427-M) rather than split pin, retain the screw.
- Observed plate width of 41.5mm vs 39.5mm on Rectangular "Logan" 4-Piston Brake Pad (Shimano D02S/D03S).
Notes
- The "ears" pads are slightly wider than the Rectangular "Logan" 4-Piston Brake Pad (Shimano D02S/D03S), making them a more appropriate fit than the "Logan's" where callipers are designed for the additional width. The "ears" help retain position within the calliper.
- Teverun Fighter Supreme initially adopted the HB427-4S calliper with a finned pad (shown in first image). Those pads adopts the shape of the Rectangular "Logan" 4-Piston Brake Pad (Shimano D02S/D03S), but with a heatsink which differs in appearance to the NUTT Finned pads). Later models across the flagship / higher end models (ULTRA, 7206R etc) adopt the HB427-4M calliper with this "ears" pads, shown on right/below.
- Those running TurboBrake systems typically do not get a lot of noise out of the All-Metal as the HB427-4M has good heat management and the Wave Slotted rotor design which helps hot gasses escape.
