Electric Brake Hall Sensor Switch for Zoom & TurboBrake Hydraulic Lever

• Electric brake hall switch sensor suit:
  • Zoom levers such as Kaabo Models of Mantis & Wolf, earlier model Dragon Lightning V2, Dragon Slayer and most VSETT & Zero models.
  • TurboBrake levers including OEM factory-fitted levers on current models of Teverun (including models of Blade and Fighter) and Dragon (Australia) models of Predator, later models of the Cyclone Pro, Hurricane, Lightning & The Beast (typically models from 2024 onwards).
• This is a hall effect sensor responsible for informing the controller of the position of the brake lever which activates electric braking and brake light.
• Sourced as Kaabo factory spare.
• Adopts the common convention used amongst nearly all eScooter makes and models with a red 2-pin M8 connector being normally open (when lever is not activated the circuit is open) and closed when the lever is activated. Cable length 50mm.
• Typically required as replacement when electric brake and brake lights will not apply, or will continuously or intermittently activate despite lever not being engaged and calibration will not resolve symptoms.

Notes:

1. Prior to removing, fitting or calibrating the position of the switch, ensure you backing off grub screw that secures the bolt's position within the lever.
2. The Zoom switch appears similar to be similar to that of the earlier (older) variant of the Logan levers. Both have a 6.2mm diameter. The earlier Logan type has a notch/key that is longer and narrower which will physically fit but may not perform as intended by the lever manufacturer. The Logan variant is available here.
3. Pads for these Zoom systems is typically the Zoom 2-piston pad and 4-piston pad.
