TurboBrake Brake Lever

• TurboBrake Brake Lever is eSN's recommended strong but cost-effective brake lever choice.
• These are offered at reduced price as the factory only offers sets (lever and calliper pairs), so we can offer a somewhat exclusive, exceptional price on these. Additionally other sellers (of Dragon and Teverun) do not supply these individually.
• These levers are OEM factory-fitted on current models of Teverun (including models of Blade and Fighter) and Dragon (Australia) models of Predator, later models of the Cyclone Pro, Hurricane, Lightning & The Beast (typically models from 2024 onwards).
• Available in Left or Right hand side right (of handlebar).
• Lever includes Electric Brake Switch with 300mm cable fitted with red 2-pin M8 connector which adopts the common convention used amongst nearly all eScooter makes being normally open (when lever is not activated the circuit is open) and closed when the lever is activated. The switch is identical to that of the Zoom Brake Switch, see notes on that page regarding the M8 plug.
• Features fluid reservoir viewport to allow visual assessment of fluid level.

Notes:

1. Image below shows this lever on right (known as flat handle) with the CNC Ball Bearing lever on left. The CNC Ball Bearing version provides improved precision.
   
2. The hydraulic termination adopts the common compression nut thread of M8 (0.75 pitch). Hydraulic lines (hose) are typically supplied with callipers, the BH59 type with compression nut, insert (needle/barb), olive and boot to form termination.
3. Consider adding a TurboBrake Brake Bleed Adaptor: This specific sized adaptor is not included in the common bleed kits. This adaptor suits all TurboBrake HB427 series brakes (including the Yellow Dragon branded callipers) and is identical to that in the Teverun bleed kit. This adaptor is long and skinny, with only a small amount of thread on the end of the adaptor forming connection with the TurboBrake lever (approx ~1mm of thread bites as the O ring compresses, apply force in turn). eSN recommends having two adaptors for full bleed top and bottom. Without these adaptors you would need resort to augmenting the common bleed kit adaptors with O rings and/or plumbers tape.
